Come visit our newly renovated home which is located in a very safe and secure neighborhood. It’s only a short 10 minutes drive to LSU campus and only 5 minutes away from Our Lady of Lake Medical Center and Baton Rouge General Hospital. With the added convenience of solar panels and a backup battery, your stay will not be only comfortable but also environmentally conscious.

You will step into our expansive living room, perfect for entertaining large gatherings. It is adorned with tasteful decorations, it features a full sleeper sofa for extra accommodation. You can dive into entertainment with a 65" 4K UHD Smart Roku TV or you can unwind with an array of board games. You will be comfortable with personalized climate control courtesy of a mini-split system.

From there, you will walk through French doors that lead in a cozy dining room and kitchen space.

You’ll be able to indulge in convenience with our fully stocked kitchen, complete with major appliances like a refrigerator, oven/range, and dishwasher. You can enhance your culinary experience with a toaster, instant pot, and electric kettle for added convenience. Enjoy a variety of kitchen essentials including coffee cups, plates, bowls, silverware, glassware, and wine glasses. Plus, we provide basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutting boards, mixing bowls, and more to elevate your cooking adventures.

Our coffee bar offers both drip and k-cup functionality, with provided coffee (regular and decaf), k-cups, cream, and sugar. You can also sip your morning coffee at the small breakfast bar top overlooking our beautiful front yard. Or if coffee isn’t your thing, you can sip a cup of freshly brewed tea lounging on the back patio.

Next to the kitchen, is a washer and dryer equipped with a drying rack for your convenience. Washing pods will be provided.

The living area and kitchen seamlessly blends with the dining space that can seat up to 8 at the main dining table, offering a perfect setting for relaxation and socializing.

French doors off the dining room open to the private backyard featuring a fully screened in patio for enjoying outside without pests or bugs to bother you. Sit and sip a cup of coffee/tea with a friend on the outdoor furniture.

You can enjoy a retreat to the master bedroom. It offers a king bed and direct access to a master suite and walk-in closet. Also provided is a 40" HD Smart Roku TV. The headboard and nightstands are equipped with outlets and USB ports to easily charge your devices. The master bedroom has a full-length mirror to make sure you look your best regardless of where you are going.

For larger groups, Tucked away upstairs are other 3 bedrooms.

The 2nd bedroom is another beautiful retreat that has a large window overlooking the backyard. You’ll have a queen bed, spacious closet, and a 40" 4K UHD Smart Roku TV. This bedroom features a mini-split A/C and heating unit for personalized climate control and comfort.

The 3rd bedroom also offers a full bed, spacious closet, and a 40" 4K UHD Smart Roku TV.

The last but not least, 4th bedroom offers 2 king beds and two closets with a 40" 4K UHD Smart Roku TV. This bedroom features a mini-split A/C and heating unit for personalized climate control and comfort.
