Welcome to your private oasis overlooking a beautiful garden and peaceful creek yet just 3 blocks from several beaches, ferry, Lincoln Park, taco track, cafe etc. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered patio as you listen to the creek or walk to breakfast at Endolyne Joe's, a local favorite. A spacious and well stocked home. Private keypad entry, KING bed, heated floors in bathroom, laundry, Wifi, Roku TV. This custom built unit was designed for your comfort (Built in 2013). This is a very private 895 ft first floor apartment overlooking a creek and garden facing the back of our property - admire the trees and watch the birds. You are welcome to enjoy our garden (mostly flowers and other PNW plants), there are wonderful benches and all sorts of blooms from spring to fall.

The spacious bedroom has a California KING bed for a restful nights sleep. The living room has a full size couch and large TV for streaming your favs. There is a full washer/dryer in the laundry room and ample closets for your belongings - make yourself at home! The spacious spa-like bathroom is a delight with heated floors and a double vanity. Your fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range, top of the line appliances, all dishes, pots and pans, towels, spices, coffee maker - a fully loaded kitchen ready to make a gourmet meal. We have a pack and play crib for those traveling with infants.

We are a family living upstairs, and while most of our living quarters are above the garage and not above this apartment you may hear sounds at times. THIS IS AN ABOVE GROUND/1st Floor apartment with lots of windows.

TVs - we offer 2 TV's (bedroom and living room) with Roku in Guest mode. Guest mode allows you to log in to your favorite streaming accounts with privacy as accounts will be automatically logged out and info deleted after your checkout date. You may use your accounts to access your favorites or stream youtube and others for free.

SUMMER GUESTS: The apartment is ground floor and generally stays cool. It also has AC, but please note it runs through the main HVAC system for the house and guests are not able to adjust temperature. We strive to keep it at a reasonable temperature, and in combination with the location of the apartment the unit has never been hot. Windows also open in each room if you prefer to hear the sounds of birds. Guests have control over the heating of the apartment should it be chilly.

Any bookings over 29 days subject to approval and standard rental lease agreement.

Guests will be provided the keypad code to the front door prior to arrival.

Guests have off street parking on the side of the building (enough room for 2 cars). The location is easy to find yet tucked away on a dead end street in a fantastic neighborhood and extremely walkable - just blocks to several beaches and an amazing park (Lincoln Park) with a beach, hiking trails and green areas. We have motion lights on the side and in front of the apartment for easy access after dark. Fireplace is decorative only, however we do offer flameless battery operated candles.
