Lots of space and a great room with a pool table. We were there for the annual pool tournament at the casino, so it was cool to have a pool table in the house. This was a great location close to the casino and the beach (you can watch the ocean from the living room). Very clean and inviting house. Thank you so much for renting to us!

Our book club used this home for a weekend retreat. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. The view was exactly what we expected. It was so peaceful to open the deck door and read listening to the ocean. Seriously the perfect weekend in the perfect house.

The pictures do not do this home justice it’s a very Beautiful home and super spacious. It’s right around the corner to beach access and a couple blocks from Casino. Has everything you need. We loved it and will defiantly book again

Location was perfect! Right in the middle of whatever your lookimg for. Beach access, casino within waking distance amd so many cute shops dowm the road. Had everything we needed in the house. Most of the space is up about a dozen stairs with a great view but be warned if you have any leg ailments. There was No hot tub like it says but overall Great experience

Wonderful beach house!

Clean and convenient house with a beautiful view and easy walk to the beach. My 83 year old mom was with us those two things were a must. Plenty of cook where so we can make a nice meal together. My teens were so excited to have such a nice pool table and we all played as a family. We made great memories here.

Best rental yet!

I've stayed at my fair share of vacation rentals and this one is definitely favorite! It was a short walk to a beach access with stunning views of the ocean from the deck. My favorite part, having a curious 8 month old who crawls around putting things in her mouth, was how clean this house was! I'm not sure if the carpet was brand new yesterday or what, but I was able to breathe easy knowing that my daughter was safe while she explored the floor. There was a baby gate to block the stairs too. Everyone enjoyed their stay here and I would absolutely return!!!

Family vacation

The location of the house was great for beach access. Loved it. Only problem for us was a poor bed in the room with bunk beds. That wasn’t good for adults sleeping. Plenty of towels. Great washer and dryer. Would like more direction on recycle and cans. Lower level was cold but there were heaters. We plan to rent a house again but realize we need an additional bedroom and bathroom.

Great location so close to the beach!

We had a nice stay at this house. Lots of room for us to enjoy. House was comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was very pleasant to walk around in and the beach was super close just a quick walk one block over! One very unfortunate realization when we arrived was that the listing of a hot tub in the amenities was not accurate. This property does not have a hot tub. A couple pieces of feedback that were smaller details to improve on the guest experience, adding bath products such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They had hand soap in the bathtubs. Lastly, having new kitchen sponges for guests to use instead of kitchen wash clothes. The wash clothes were very stinky. Was a great stay and would be happy to stay there again.

This was a great choice for our family! The pool table was a hit. We all enjoyed at least one game of pool every day. The kitchen was nice. Plenty of cookware, oven, stove top, microwave. Plenty of cups and plates and everything we needed. I was sad the ice maker didn’t work but we just went to the store and bought ice and drank tap water. The benches at the table were wobbly and the door to one of the closets downstairs didn’t want to stay on track. It was very relaxing though. I enjoyed several evenings on the couch with the back door open listening to the waves. The view was pretty fantastic. We also saw some great sunsets. Overall, I would recommend this place. We would come here again. 😊

don't recommend this place to anyone

Right when we opened the door there was a very bad odor coming from the bottom level. The bottom floor doesn't have enough heat. The odor smells like mildewed and must be due to no heat going to the bottom floor. The shower in the bottom floor did not work so we were left with one shower. The sofa bed in the living room on the bottom floor is lop-sided very uncomfortable. It was very hard to sleep downstairs due to the smell. The light in the bathroom upstairs did not work. All the furniture are worn out and needs to be replaced. This place needs a lot of updates and the bathroom issued needs to be fixed. Displays should not be rented to anyone until the odor on the bottom floor is gone because it is not safe for little children to stay downstairs. Also something has to be done to the heater downstairs to make it work before this please be rented to someone else. This place is definitely not safe because of the mildew smell.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice location, easy beach access and clean. Loved that they had a well stocked kitchen complete with a turkey platter. Would definitely come back with our family. Lots of room and beds. Might provide a guard on the top bunk.

Cute and cozy

The home was clean, cute and cozy. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The main floor gets really cold as the temperature declines, so we were very grateful for the portable heaters. Biggest complaints would be the ongoing stream of ants at the kitchen sink, a couple random quarter-sized spiders making their appearance, and uncomfortable beds. Would have also felt safer if the front door had a deadbolt lock.

Very nice property and location

The house was great for our family (5 adults)! Neighborhood was quiet dead-end street (a bonus). Open kitchen/dining/living room area made for awesome board/card games (provided) and puzzles (we left ours for the next lucky guests). Very short walk to beach access. Could have stayed a month:) CrossFit gym in Newport so that was awesome!
