The space
. We have secured wifi, cable tv, and good cell service.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range , toaster, microwave, dishwasher, frig., waffle maker. coffee maker, coffee french press, George Foreman indoor electric grill, Nuwave oven ( upon request), Ninja blender, smoothie maker, hand mixer, pots, pans, dishes , flatware, sharp knives,
coffee, sugar and creamer, spices, cooking oil, aluminum foil.

A Weber Spirit II propane grill is on the deck, table, chairs, umbrella, SoftTub

Beau Ridge has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed , TV, dresser and picture window facing the valley, the other bedroom has queen bed.

the basement is unfinished, locked with owners's storage and not available to guests
Other things to note
Please bring a fire log or bundle of split wood if interested in burning the fireplace. The chimney has no flue. Glass doors to the screen must be left open during a burn.
