A quick 5 block drive to the beach and a 2-minute walk to and from the Washington Street Mall, Cape Mays premier shopping/restaurant district. A convenient 1-minute walk to the only grocery store (ACME) on the island. Dotty's Cottage offers 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, plenty of closet and drawer space alongside a 40-inch flatscreen with streaming services (YouTube TV). The second bedroom has a full-size bed, large closet and plenty of natural light. The 3rd bedroom offers 2 twin beds and an attached half bath. Perfect for the little ones. Starting as you walk in from the private driveway that can fit as many as 4 cars you enter into the family room and dining room space. This open room with great natural light has a brand new sectional couch with a mounted flatscreen TV with streaming service(YouTubeTV) for your enjoyment. The dining room is perfect to enjoy a meal or play games should it happen to rain. Off of the main foyer area you will find a fully equipped kitchen including plates, bowls, silverware, glassware/stemware, pots and pans and all basic appliances you might need, refrigerator, oven, stove, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig, and blender. There is also, a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Through the front door you will have access to the covered patio where guests can enjoy a meal or cocktails. A great place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee! The outdoor space at Dotty's Cottage has endless possibilities. The backyard is fully fenced in. Plenty of space for kids to play. Guests are free to use the propane grill to cook up some or your summers favorites. Guests are also free to use beach chairs and umbrella that are located in the shed. After a long day at the beach an outdoor shower is available to wash your sandy toes.
