Located in the exclusive Holiday Hills golf resort, guests have access to pools, golfing, tennis courts, exercise facilities, playgrounds, on-site restaurants, 24-hr security, and so much more! Close to downtown Branson and the strip/theatre district with Silver Dollar City about 25 min away. Great for families, couples, and solo travelers! Fully-equipped kitchen with full-size coffee maker. King bed in master with luxurious walk-in shower. Queen in second bedroom and queen sleeper in living room.
1,033 sq ft. with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining area, and deck. Master has a king bed and a gorgeous walk-in shower with beautiful tilework. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom are generously-sized! The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a full-size coffee maker and coffee grinder. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The unit includes a washing machine and dryer. Starter laundry (detergent and dryer sheets) and dishwasher liquids are provided. Some board games/cards are also provided. The living room also contains a desk, chair, and work lamp. My family and I enjoy using the condo ourselves and have tried to include all essentials anyone would like!

--After booking, all guests must sign a rental agreement within 24 hours. Main points are referenced in the house rules. Contact the Owner if you would like to review the full agreement prior to booking.
--We utilize a Bring Your Own Login policy with our SmartTVs. Major streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) are pre-installed, but we do not provide logins as we find that guests prefer to use their own accounts. All TVs in the unit are Roku TVs with access to YouTube, and other free services. Contact the Owner if you have any questions.
--This is a middle floor unit but requires no stairs to access. Note that, as a condo, there could be daytime noise from neighbors.
--Guests will have access to multiple pools. The closest one is next to the building. A larger pool and many other amenities are just a minute drive away.
--Guests will enter the main gate. A parking pass is required but can be picked up from the unit after arrival or printed from home prior to arriving.
--Doorbell camera, security system, and NoiseAware sound level monitors are present. Guests cannot tamper with these devices. The camera is outdoor-only in a public space (no reasonable expectation of privacy) and records video and audio. No recording of any kind in interior or private spaces. The sound level monitor is not able to record or transmit – it only monitors sound levels to make sure neighbors are not disturbed.
--Please remember that you’re staying in a condo, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
--The person making this reservation must be at least 25 years of age at the time of booking.

Originally from Kansas City, I’ve been living in Southwest Missouri for over the last decade. My wife of over 20 years is also from Missouri, but my two boys were born in Texas. We lived in the Dallas area for 8 years but feel that Missouri is home.
I’m a professional musician and spent over a decade as a professor but currently work in the management side of the music industry. My instrument is piano, and I have performed throughout the US and in Europe. I have been teaching for over 25 years and don't plan to stop anytime soon!
I enjoy traveling, hiking, biking, and spending time with family and friends. Some of my favorite places I've visited are Vancouver, Maui, the Grand Canyon, London, Vienna, Amsterdam, Venice, and hiking in the Swiss Alps.
