The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Minutes walk to beach, close to Luis Muñoz airport, short drive to Old San Juan, 24 hr. grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops The house is a 5 bedroom which sleeps 10 people.

This place is fantastic. We were there on a girls trip and we had plenty of space. There was everything that we needed - extra garbage bags, towels and a cooler we were able to pack. The outside area is very serene and its a really great location. Host was super responsive anytime we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay here was amazing, absolutely 10/10. Stayed here with a group for a birthday trip and it was very spacious for all of us. Everyone slept comfortably, and the shared spaces are very large. Pool and grill were great. The location is close to everything you could want or need including a bakery, the beach (short walk), and pharmacy. The host was very communicative and answered all our questions, before and during the trip- he even came to help us with a couple things. Sadly we vacationed on the island during the water crisis but thankfully this home is equipped and we did not experience any shortage. We had full running water for bathing, brushing teeth, flushing toilets, washing dishes for the entire stay. He assured us we would have water and this was accurate

Lots of space,comfy clean rooms for the 10 of us family and friends. Great location close to airport and cruise port. A short uber to old San Juan, short walk to the beach, highly recommend!!

The proximity of the property is close to several things. The pool had the perfect water temperature and the property was clean. The responsive communication from the host is second to none! Would definitely stay again!

This is an incredible property with so many beautiful details inside and out. It is spacious, very clean, and perfect for a large group. The outdoor space is just as lovely as the indoor space! The host was very easy to communicate with. We only wish we had more time at this property!! Next time!!

What a wonderful stay . . . booked for 1 evening prior to cruise & with our group of 6 there was so much room in this wonderful home. The host was fabulous & communicated so prompt with all my questions (even beyond our stay i.e., local activities/places to eat etc) We unfortunately did not get to utilize the pool & beautiful patio area due to our limit time . . . close to airport, downtown dinner in old San Juan & convenient to cruise port too!

This location is perfect for large groups. We traveled with a group of 10 and everybody had a place to sleep, the pool was perfect sized, location gave us easy access to shops and food… We never went to the beach so not sure how far that is from the home but overall it was a great stay. The only complaint I have is we were booked through till 11 AM but the cleaning lady showed up at 10 so we had to leave earlier than expected. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend for large groups.

This is a great vacation home. It is centrally located. It is a couple miles from the airport, about 5-10 miles from Old San Juan and walking distance to the beach. There are many local restaurants and shops nearby. The Host was excellent helping answering all our questions. I highly recommend this unit for your vacation.

This house is amazing!! We celebrated our anniversary at the house with all 5 of our children and it did not disappoint at all. Felt like we were truly in paradise.

Girls trip in Carolina

The House - perfect for a group of friends, couples group or family. the primary bedroom was very large with a comfy king bed. the other bedrooms were good sizes with queen beds, dressers, and some space for hanging clothes. the washer and dryer are brand new and work great! the kitchen, dining room and living room are also big spaces, so no one felt cramped or on top of each other. and the bedrooms were all down a hallway off of the main living area, so if people were up late and being loud other people could go to bed and wouldn't be so disturbed. the pool was a fantastic amenity to have! it was great to jump in after a day at the beach or after walking around shopping. it was so refreshing and you can just chill while having a cocktail. i recommend only 1 person showers at a time, otherwise you lose water pressure. Location - 10 mins walking to a beautiful and calm beach where you can swim. There was a guy renting beach lounges and a woman making pina coladas in a pineapple, but otherwise the beach is pretty chill and lowkey. el san juan hotel beach club is not far away either if you want to get a day pass there. There is a really good coffee shop and a bakery and a market that is a 5 min walk from the house. and Supermax grocery store thats right next to the beach. its also only about 6 minutes from the airport! about 20-25 min from old san juan, 8 min from santurce and 15 min from condadThe host is very attentive and generous. let us check in when our flights arrived.

Our group of seven stayed two nights prior to a cruise. We loved the outside area with the pool. The inside master bedroom seemed to be going through renovations in February 2026 in the bathroom area. The house needs some updating but it has some quite beautiful features. The address given was incorrect and even after questioning it the owner never gave the correct address. We were just worried since we were arriving after midnight. Google Maps helped by showing the location so we could direct the drivers and the property has unique features so we did find it. Getting into the house was as described. Walkable to beach area and restaurants.

Nice safe neighborhood sitting just off the highway that connects all of Puerto Rico, three blocks from beach just a couple of blocks from strip of high end hotels, on Isla Verde Street, souvenirs shops, 24 hr grocery stores, restaurants and cafes, 15 minutes from Old San Juan, 6 minutes La Placita, 10 minutes Piñones, where you will find food, drinks and La Posita a very nice beach
