Walking distance to the Beach!! Come stay in this comfortable and clean home. Enjoy the spacious fenced in backyard with a heated pool (heated September 15- April 15). The backyard is your private oasis including putting green, corn hole, fire pit, charcoal grill and more! This home is minutes to restaurants, shopping, Publix and Whole foods grocery stores, bars, Starbucks and Bold Bean coffee shops and Huguenot Park! Located in a quiet beach neighborhood and equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes 6 beach chairs, beach towels, a beach cart, rolling cooler, smart TV with YoutubeTV guest Account, fast WIFI, Cornhole set, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen.

We provide a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.

The clean bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided.

The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry detergent for your use.

This is a quiet beach neighborhood conveniently located close to anything you need. There is a Whole foods within 0.3 mile away in a shopping complex with restaurants, stores, and nail salons.



Getting Around:

Very Walkable Area to stores and restaurants.

Beach Buggy app can pick you up and take you most places at Atlantic Beach town center and Jax Beach for a tip. Download the app in advance to see their travel coverage box on a map. Hours are updated frequently on the app. Thursday - Sunday 5pm-midnight but check the app to confirm!

Things to know!

- Guest to provide their own charcoal for grilling.



-Pool heater is turned off 4/15 - 9/15. Our heater will be on 9/16-4/14 for 24/7 at the Standard heated temperature. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. We have pool maintenance come 2x a week!



-Trash/recycle days are posted in the house and in our house manual. We would appreciate if guest could take the bins out on the specified days.
