Important information:
Late Check-Out Policy- we will accommodate checkouts up to 11 am at no additional cost, subject to availability and no conflicts with cleaning schedule. Any late checkouts will be charged half nightly rate to ensure prompt turnover for next guest's arrival.
Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy. There will be a fine for bringing extra guests to the property & daytime guests must be approved by the owner.
This property runs on delicate plumbing- "lake rules" ie it is critical NO items other than toilet paper (only when necessary) are flushed down the toilet & only 1 load of laundry washed per day per washing machine (one at ground floor apartment and one at main floor). Fines will be enforced for any plumbing issues/repair.
Government issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
