Es ist komplett aktualisiert und verfügt über eine geschlossene abgeschirmt in Terrasse aus dem Schlafzimmer und eine Veranda mit einer Veranda Schaukel. Wir sorgen dafür, dass unsere Gäste mehr als zufrieden sind, indem wir sie mit Getränken und Snacks begrüßen. Bitte lassen Sie uns wissen, wenn wir Fragen für Sie beantworten können. Wir werden alles tun, um Ihnen eine wundervolle Erfahrung zu ermöglichen.

Great !

Our stay was great! The property was as described. Master/king bed was comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans, dishes, misc appliances and spices. The back yard was fenced, and had a patio with a gas grill for cooking, also nicely decorated. Shelly the owner was a great host, very responsive to questions. Hope to return again!

Great Place and Great Location

My husband and another couple stayed at Shelly's place in SOCO. The location was very convenient and everything was a walk, short drive or Uber away. Shelly appointed the place with a lot of nice details, including fresh flowers, local coffee/snacks and other items (tape, ziplock bags, etc) that were very useful during our stay. The home is in great condition and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was wonderful about our stay at Shelly’s cottage. It was even more charming and lovely than the beautiful photos online. The house was immaculate and filled with every amenity. SoCo Cottage Review

What a remarkable “find”. Our 2 bedroom cottage was nicer than we expected. Often, one cannot tell “everything” from the photos, but the entire experience far exceeded our expectations. Perfect in every way!

My girlfriends and I did a girls trip to Austin and Shelly was the perfect host! The house was so cute and we ended up spending more time at the house because we loved the ambiance. We could walk to many great restaurants and shops. 10 of 10 experience!!

Great stay

My son and I really enjoyed our stay at Shelly's cottage. She has done a beautiful job decorating her place with many personal touches. It is lovely, sparkling clean, well cared for and very comfortable. Shelly and Jennifer were both quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed the yard and porches too. Hope to stay again!

The best in Austin

My husband and I and a good friend stayed for a long weekend in April during the Austin Blues Festival. The cottage was perfect in every way. The location is excellent and just steps away from all the great SoCo shops & restaurants, yet super safe and quiet. Shelly went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and was always available when we had questions. The cottage was spotless, beds were extra comfy, and we arrived to find special touches of fresh flowers and local coffee.

Wonderful property, awesome location, and fantastic property management. The very best!!!

My husband and I rented this property for seven weeks. We brought our two little pups and had friends visit throughout our stay. We felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. It is comfy, has a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful front porch to enjoy morning coffee, and a wonderful deck over the carport for evening cocktails. The location is great for enjoying South Congress, getting to the airport and accessing IH 35. And Shelly and Jennifer are the best and sweetest property managers! The best property we’ve stayed in during our 30 years of traveling to Austin!

Perfect SoCo Stay

We had a wonderful stay in this unique South Congress home. The location could not have been better- so close to all the shops, restaurants and venues, but amazingly quiet. The ambience is Austin-funky and will immediately lift you up and put you in a good mood! Beds and bedding are probably the most comfortable we’ve slept in. Thoughtful details are present throughout. The kitchen was well provisioned, as were the two bathrooms. Everything is on one floor and the shower is walk-in, which was very helpful for my mobility-challenged husband. The fenced yard was just right for our dog. The owners, Shelly and Jennifer, were friendly, communicative, and so easy to work with. If you’re looking for a comfortable, perfectly-sized small home in a great location filled with positive energy, this fits the bill!

Perfect Cottage in Great Location!

This little Cottage was even better than pictures show it. The owners taste and talent for decor and finishings resulted in a very charming space. There were many extra touches that pictures don’t capture as well as the thoughtfulness of Fresh Flowers placed here and there and Welcome Goodies in kitchen for our arrival. Shelly was a wonderful host and always available for information about the area. The cottage was super clean and I was assured “sanitized” as well. Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, BEAUTIFUL lighting throughout, super location with walking trails out front door as well as restaurants and shops right off Congress. We loved the Moon Deck for morning coffee and evening happy hour. Even though this cottage is tucked in a neighborhood with many homes surrounding, it felt fairly private with the placement of trees/shrubs on the property. I have not one bad thing to say about our stay at this property and I would definitely stay here again!

Great location in a cozy spot

The property has two well kept cottages, each with their own private and fenced in yard. We stayed in cottage A. The front porch was one of our favorite hang out spots. Jennifer and Shelley have the home so nicely decorated and well equipped. Everything from bath salts and essential oils next to the large soaking tub to wine and salsa waiting on arrival. Fully equipped kitchen for home cooked meals with ease. The location is ideal, an easy walk to the shops, restaurants and music of South Congress.

Best vacation rental experience in 10 years

I've been staying in vacation rentals for over 10 years and this was the best overall experience I've had. The owner and manager were so easy to work with and the cottage was even better than described. Everything was all setup and ready for a great visit to Austin. I walked around the neighborhood every morning and enjoyed exploring the area (felt super safe). Can't wait to go back.

Awesome in Austin

Exceeded our expections. Well appointed. Everything highest quality and comfort. Excellent location close to everything but in a peaceful neighborhood. 2 blocks from live music and great food. They have everything we needed. Beds were great. Good coffee. Comfy toilet paper. I even found a tea ball and honey for my loose leaf tea. Host was easy and fast to communicate with. I could go on and on but you get the idea. Best vacation home ever.

Owner that truly cares

My husband and I rented Cottage B for the month of January. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the attention to detail of the place. Shelly and Jennifer were attentive and very nice. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with some necessities for cooking. The beds are comfortable, the shower in the master bathroom is wonderful and the fenced in yard was very nice for our dog. Sweet Austin Homecoming

From beginning to end the stay was great. Anything we needed we got from the owners. It was clean, convenient, beautiful, well stocked, and felt like a home away from home. This was the best equipped home we have ever stayed in. We had a bit of a medical issue towards the end of our trip, and we were supported, and allowed to stay extra time through it. That kindness will not be forgotten.... Will come again, strongly recommend this wonderful place and it's owners. Our return to ATX was complete, and we were re-united with family. Thank you both!!! We will be back.

Wonderful place!

My daughter, 2 year old grandson and myself stayed for a week in Cottage A. It was very clean, well appointed and had several nice little extras. Amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay at Shelly and Jennifer's cottage! From the beginning communication was clear, and they had everything set up perfectly for us! They really went above and beyond - from the moment we walked in the door Shelly walked me through details we needed to know about the home and happily answered any questions we had. They even had a delicious IPA in the fridge waiting for us, creamer for coffee and chips and salsa. The place was so clean and comfortable - the kitchen is perfect to cook in, beds and bedding were super comfortable, bathrooms were spacious and beautiful, and we loved the outdoor space (the screened in porch was a bonus!). Location is awesome - just a short walk to South Congress. We felt very safe as well. We will definitely be back to stay at this gem of a home!!

Wonderful house - would definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed at the cottage for 8 nights. Everything was spotless, location was perfect for walking to SoCo and several restaurants. We felt very safe and comfortable. Shelly and Jennifer were so amenable to the changes we had due to Covid - flights moved, stay extended, all no problem. Shelly even lent us supplies for our daughter's wedding in Austin, and set up a trellis in the yard for photos. Wood floors throughout, fresh flowers, great bed, kitchen with everything you need, and music streamed into every room made it so enjoyable. We even had fresh oranges to eat from the tree in the yard. Thank you Shelly and Jennifer for making our stay so awesome!

Charming House in Travis Heights

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this home! The outdoor spaces were perfect for our family and dogs, with plenty of options for dining and relaxing, including a covered front porch on a tree lined street, a fenced in back yard with lovely plantings and a moon deck over a carport. The cottage itself was very clean, and beautifully appointed with tons of thoughtful touches. The hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. I will definitely recommend this rental to friends and family visiting from out of town! Great find in S. Austin.

Cozy Bungalow!

We loved our stay at this cozy bungalow. We were met by the gracious property owner and given a complete tour of the property. The property was emaculate and well stocked in every way. It also had several lovely outdoor spaces. We took advantage of the Moon Deck when the weather cooperated. We like to cook and enjoyed the neat efficient kitchen. The location of the property was fabulous! We walked to South Congress several times for shopping and eating out. Because there was some loud construction in front of the property, ( temporary only...putting in a new sidewalk) Shelly compensated us by giving us tickets to the Janice Joplin Broadway Show! What! A lovely unexpected surprise. Can’t say enough positive about our experience with this property and with Shelly and Jennifer! We hope to return to this property again in the future.
