The host was very informative with what we needed to do and what to expect while we stayed. The snacks were a nice welcoming thing too.

Great spot for families!

We loved our stay here. We had two families and it was the perfect amount of room. The house was clean, stocked with necessities, and the host was prompt with all communication. We will definitely use this place again.

I tried to adjust my stay by one night and the owner DENIED my request although I was clearly within the dates of being able to do so. This was my third stay at this home with my family and was very disappointing. Definitely put a sour spin on this rental home. Also, this home does not contain even one blow dryer which seems to be a standard elsewhere.

Good Location and Great place to stay

We enjoyed our visit to this VRBO location.Only minor issues which the owners may not be aware of is that the A/C unit could not keep the house cool during the afternoon and early evenings. But it was in the mid 90's with high humidity.And the Ice Machine in the refrigerator was not working. But the Freezer had plenty of space for bags of Ice.This was the 2nd time we have used this VRBO location, and we would stay at this location again in the future.

Lots of stairs

Plan to bring your own can opener, if you will need it. Bring your own kleenex, soaps and shampoos. The tv doesn't get local stations---so it is almost impossible to keep up with the state legislature, governor, etc. in the state capitol.The beds had plastic covers on the mattresses and were hot. Good location for getting to our friends in the SW part of Topeka.
