HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee if needed.

Located in Kissimmee, Lucaya Village is close to Disney parks and Orlando's main attractions, providing easy access to everything the area has to offer. The gated community has self-parking and several leisure options. All houses have access to the Clubhouse that offers the following services:

• Brazilian style bakery, cafe and mini market;

Two days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
- Laundry: One laundry detergent.
- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:

• Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.

PARKING
• Parking spots are free.
• Two cars allowed per house
• Commercial vehicles (including those with commercial signature), recreational vehicles (RV ́s), trailers
or buses may not be parked within the community and will be towed.

CLUBHOUSE
• All amenities are open to the guests.
• Gym, kids’ room, business center are open from 7am – 10pm
• Pool is open from dawn to dusk

TRASH
• Trash must be put inside the dumpster (There are seven around the community)
• Trash must be bagged in plastic bags and they must be closed.
• Trash bags or trash bins are not allowed outside the house.

DELIVERY
• Policies and procedures for receiving packages: Only the package recipient may retrieve it at the Front
Desk. If a third party needs to pick it up, it is necessary for the recipient to authorize them to do so by
emailing frontdesk@lucayahoa.com. In both cases, presentation of an identification document and
signature in the Package Book at the Lucaya Village Club House is required.
• Cost PER PACKAGE (The rates may be adjusted by the resort without prior notice):
- 10 days: no cost
- 11-20 days: $5.00
- 21-30 days: $10.00
• After 30 days, packages will be returned to the sender.
- Packages exceeding 64 inches in size (sum of the 3 largest edges) = $5.00
- Over 20 packages at pickup = $1.00 per additional package
- Overweight packages (over 44 lbs) = $5.00
- Lucaya Village is NOT responsible for lost packages.

GENERAL RULES
• Pets are not allowed by the community.
