The Space:
Set on a private 3 acre property, you can escape the hustle of and bustle of city life without leaving any conveniences behind.

A spacious 25ft by 26ft primary bedroom with a king sleep number bed, a queen bed, and a pull out twin trundle bed. Relax in the private on-suite bath with a jetted jacuzzi tub and tv above the primary bath as well as a separate walk in shower and separate Toto washlet toilet.

Two separate queen guest bedrooms are connected through a jack and jill bathroom with a shower/tub and each room has a walk in closet.

A loft area serves as a perfect quiet place to work with a dual monitor setup and printer.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need in your home away from home. In addition to essential cookware, a rice cooker, Vitamix blender, Belgium waffle maker, crockpot, and Keurig machine are just a few of the extra amenities we have included to ensure you never have to leave.

The gym features 17 foot ceilings and is outfitted with Rouge fitness equipment including free weights, a power rack with a pull up bar and a squat rack.

Enjoy your meals inside or out on the private patio surrounded by trees and nature views. Relax by the gas fire pit while you gas up the grill for dinner. Unwind in the spacious 7-seat hot tub, complete with powerful jets for the ultimate relaxation.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the indoor and outdoor amenities. In addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms in the home their is also an indoor gym in the garage, large yard both back and front, as well an electric fire pit, grill, seven person hot tub and outdoor play set.

The Neighborhood:
The house sits on a private street at the end of a cul-de-sac. The home has one neighbor and surrounded by trees.

Getting Around:
Guests can use their own privately owned vehicle or bicycle. Guests can also contact a limo or taxi company for transportation. Guest can use other transportation companies such as lyft or uber to travel.

Other Things to Note:
The thermostat for the home is located behind the primary bedroom door.

Hosts will not be on-site but available anytime by text or phone call.
