Only 30 minutes to Broadway, downtown Nashville and only ten minutes to restaurants/shopping @ Indian Lake!

upscale neighborhood, large beautiful homes and yards. across the bay there are 2.5 million dollar homes.. when you are on the lake the area has a resort feel. it is beautiful. there is a gorgeous park within walking; it is on the lake and the views are breathtaking. You look down a hill and see the lake through the trees; it isn't a panoramic view of open water, it has more of a "state park" feel;" there is a boat launch two minutes away, for larger boats.

uber and lyft is plenty

The location is lakefront. You have a view of the lake and total access to walk to lake from this property. You will access and use of a canoe, paddle board, oars, and life jackets.

The small unit and studio are on the side of the house where guests stay occasionally. You don't have access to the small unit/studio. You have private use of the entire main house, including the screened in porch. While in the house or screened porch area, you will enjoy total privacy..

The property is large enough and set up in such a way that you won't even know others are in the other section. There is a laundry room in the center that you share.

Our property features a charming sloped backyard that leads to a serene and picturesque setting. The lake is approximately a football field away, offering a beautiful "state park feel" as you look through the trees to see the water.

If you need to bring a trailer with you, please ask for approval prior to arrival.

Property has a fireplace, but is not operational for guests.

The A-frame in the loft does not have curtains, as the windows are designed without them. However, the spacious yard and surrounding trees provide a natural barrier, ensuring plenty of privacy during your stay.

Please be advised that maintenance will do routine lawn care (mowing, weed eating, insect treatments, etc.) and on rare occasion may be scheduled at any time during your stay. It could be done on the porch, right outside your window, right outside guest's outside doors.

Please note that when reporting maintenance issues, it's important to be responsive and cooperative to help resolve the matter quickly, especially if access to the house is required for repairs.

Occasionally, packages may be delivered to the property to assist with its maintenance and upkeep. In rare instances, we may kindly ask you to bring a package inside for safekeeping. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure the home remains in great condition.
