The newly renovated bungalow located in Lower Village Kbk, only a few steps to Dock Square KPT & Gooch's Beach is less than a mile. This is an excellent hub after a day at the beach.

Kennebunk Lower Village and Dock Square Kennebunkport (Joined by a bridge) is a quaint fisherman's village that has developed over the years into a desirable destination town. Now offers specialty shops, restaurants, bars, fishing and boating charters, trails to bike or walk, and of course the picturesque beaches that sweep our Maine coastline for miles.

The entire property is designated for our guests only.

Located in Lower Village Kennebunk just a few steps away from Dock Square and all it has to offer including shops, restaurants, entertainment, and boating. This house was renovated at the beginning of 2020 and features a bright kitchen with updated appliances and Quartz countertops. The bathroom has been redesigned and updated with tiled floors and designer finishes. This home is also approximately 1 mile from Gooches Beach, Mother's Beach and Middle Beach. Enjoy the outdoor patio and fire-pit! (Wood provided)

This space has been renovated and specifically decorated to host nightly guests. The beds have cotton bedding and sheets. In addition, there are bath towels, as well as beach towels available to our guests. Please reach out with any questions you might have. The entire property is designated for our guests only.

•Linens provided for the king, full & twin size beds and the queen pullout couch (located in the living room).
•Towels, beach towels are always fresh.
•We have plenty of pillows to choose from.
•Kitchen with all necessary equipment needed to prepare meals and a dishwasher helps make clean up easy.
•Washer dryer and laundry detergent/dryer sheets are available for you to use and replenished for you.

•Ductless, wall mounted Air conditioning units.
•Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler provided.
•Pack 'n' Play as well as high chair (booster with try that attaches to a chair) on premises.

Bikes or simply walking is the best way to get around.

Kennebunkport and Kennebunk are centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95 just between Portland, Me. And Portsmouth, NH.
There's an Amtrak train station in Saco and Wells, and Uber transport is available. Portland's international jet port allows for easy flights in and out of Maine. Boston Logan is a short drive, and with a local vendor pick-up and drop-off can be arranged.
