I can offer you coffee or tea a power bar and some fruit to start your trip and get you on your way. You might enjoy sitting outside in the front hidden by the privacy hedge. There is a large shared backyard with firepit, BBQ, private front yard and entrance. A coin operated clothes washer and dryer is on the property in the laundry room.

The Neighborhood has uniques one of a kind eateries, grocery stores & The Mint music venue . Centrally located most guests enjoy visiting near by Beverly Hills, Universal Studios, Santa Monica Beach, Getty Museum and Sunset or Hollywood Boulevard.

The Big Blue Bus Runs on Pico Blvd, a short walk away and takes you straight to Santa Monica Beach. We are in a great location for students attending UCLA, USC, & Santa Monica College. We are also extremely close to Cedars Sinai Hospital, and business districts such as Century City, Culver City, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Downtown Los Angeles. Driving in all directions from my place to Beverly Hills, Hollywood Blvd- Chinese Theater / Sidewalk with the Stars & Santa Monica is about 20 minutes which is pretty fast for Los Angeles street driving.

There is plenty of street parking with no permit needed or time restrictions except for two hours two days a week for street cleaning. Babies are welcome if you can bring your own baby crib. Please contact me directly if you have any other questions.
