Come stay at the spacious 3 bed 2 bath newly renovated "Brick Haven House" located a short 1 block stroll to Downtown Mt. Dora. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place with a garage game room. The house has two living rooms, a large fully stocked kitchen, a large grill with smoker, a pet friendly fenced backyard, and a garage game room with a mini pool table/fuse ball table, dartboard and bikes. Perfect for families or couples that want to be close to all that downtown has to offer.

We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this place. The home is exactly as it appears in the photos. The location is fantastic, just a block from downtown, so it’s incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, and everything the area has to offer. You really can’t get much closer.Our host was excellent to work with. Communication was prompt and friendly, and when a small hiccup came up at the beginning of our stay, they handled it immediately and professionally. It was resolved very quickly, which we really appreciated, and it showed how attentive and responsive they are as hosts.Overall, it was a wonderful experience in a great home with a very thoughtful host. We’d happily stay here again.

We loved our time at the "Brick Haven" in Mt. Dora. The host, Steve, was very communicative and the house was easy to get into. 4 min walk to a Foxtail Coffee was a huge perk, and 6 min walk to dinner in the heart of downtown. Plenty of room, everything was clean - would stay again.

Excellent Location

The property was exceptionally clean, easy to locate and had plenty of parking space. The two separate living room spaces was a plus for me! Communication with host was amazing. Property is conveniently located in the downtown area and within walking distance to shopping and dining.It was the perfect place to stay for my daughter‘s wedding and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Mount Dora area.

Great location and set-up

This house is conveniently located close to downtown-within walking distance. We were, unfortunately, here for a funeral so we weren't able to take advantage of the location and walk around the town. There is also a grocery store that is within 10 minutes. The set-up of the house is nice in that there are two family room areas-one at the front of the house and the other at the back. This was helpful so our kids could be in one while the adults were in the other. There is also an outdoor space though it is really buggy so at night, you have to keep the lights off to keep them away. The kitchen had everything we needed though we didn't cook so our needs were limited. Only a few suggestions/comments for improvement: -bring your own shampoo and soap. Some was provided but only enough for one night for two people. We had an urgent trip to the store to get more -there were no bath mats so we had to use towels on the floor. Bathmats should be provided so that the towels can be used for showering-The outlet in the hall bathroom didn't work so we had to get ready in one of the bedrooms-The light and fan in the hall bedroom doesn't have a long chain, so you have to stand on the bed if you want to turn the light on/off and keep the fan on. A longer chain will ensure no one has to climb on the bed and risk falling offOverall, we had a great stay and would stay again when we're able to really enjoy the house and location.

Hi Margie, Thank you for you feedback. We strive hard to make sure our guests have the most comfortable stay as possible. We leave a starter set of shampoo, body wash and conditioner similiar to what you would expect at a hotel. Of course if there are more guests or staying a longer period of time that may require more being dropped of if requested. We do provide bath mats? You may have missed them in the linen closet in bathrooms? The fan light pulls will be added asap and the bathroom outlet gfci must have been tripped but will be fixed asap as well. Great Space & Location

First off the location is unmatched. Just 2 blocks from the start of all the downtown activities. Second the house layout is ideal when sharing with friends and family. There are 2 living rooms with TVs & dining areas. The two living areas are separated by the kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms off living area 1 and the master off of living area 2. The master has a bath and the other bedrooms share a bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you could need including an air fryer, blender, and wine fridge!The backyard is very large with a small fire pit, large smoker grill, and seating area. The garage/game room has many bikes big & small, skateboard, outdoor toys, dart board, foosball, hammock chairs, and a full sized washer and dryer. Throughout the house are many of the items you’ll need like sugar, powdered creamer, extra TP, paper towels, spray cleaner, spare batteries, etc. We stayed with the kids one night and friends the following night. It was perfect for both! The bunk beds are huge! Queen on bottom, full on top, and a pull out trundle! You could easily put 5 people in there. TV in each bedroom too. Everything you need and more but best of all you can walk to ALL of the the downtown Mt. Dora activity easily. *Ps. Mt.Dora allows open containers so you can make a drink or buy a drink and walk around with it Definitely would stay here again. The
