This sunny and spacious (1,200 sq. ft.) home is in a quiet residential neighborhood located conveniently between the bustle of Denver and the tranquility of the Rocky Mountains. This is a perfect home base for your family or friend group to explore all that Colorado has to offer.

This house is fun for the whole family! The youngest member of your family will be welcomed with a highchair, pack-n-play (with extra sheets for any accidents), bumpo, child-safe plates, cups, and utensils, and toddler/infant toys. Older children? We've got a Wii console and dozens of games, plus board games to keep the whole family engaged. For outside fun, a playground is only a 5 min walk away.
Here to enjoy the nature Colorado has to offer? The mountains are only minutes away from your doorstep. You'll find a beautiful canyon only 10 minutes from your house, where you can take a hike along a beautiful rushing river. Looking for something closer to home? There is a nature preserve located only 5 minutes away. Ask us about recommendations for more local hikes!

LIVING ROOM
You'll have plenty of space to relax in the living room with a comfy recliner couch, a 52” 4K smart tv, and a dining room that comfortably seats 6. Play some games on the Nintendo Wii while you're here (we have Mario Kart, Mario Party, & many more!)
KITCHEN
You’ll feel right at home with a fully stocked kitchen that offers oil & spices, appliances (air fryer, ninja blender, instant pot, microwave, toaster oven), and all the cookware and utensils you could need to cook a large meal. The coffee nook features a coffee maker, espresso machine, and a French press. Enjoy freshly-ground premium coffee sourced from a small business in Denver. We also have installed a dishwasher in the kitchen since photos were taken.
DEDICATED WORK SPACE
Work and video calls are easy with high speed (up to 200 Mbps) fiber optic internet. A work desk and ergonomic chair are available in the third bedroom.
BATHROOM
Full bathroom with rainfall shower head, handheld showerhead, bidet, and accessibility grab bars. Includes complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
EXERCISE
Keep up your health routines while away from home! You will find a yoga mat and blocks, kettle bell, resistance bands, and ab roller. We also recommend running/jogging at the nearby scenic lake and nature preserve located only 5 mins away.
LAUNDRY
Guests have access to a washer and dryer for the duration of their stay. Laundry detergent is provided. Please note that this is the only shared space between the two duplex units.

My name is Hanah. I am a thirty-something Colorado native and I am in love with my state. I humbly (but wholeheartedly) believe that this is the best place to work and play. I truly enjoy giving people recommendations for the city and the mountains beyond. Bonus, if I don't know the answer to your question or don't have a good recommendation, I usually draw upon the wisdom of my father and grandfather, who are also proud natives.
As for myself, I enjoy everything Denver (and Colorado) can provide. I love working and lounging in the hippest coffee shops. I regularly take in the art museums and the thriving local mural scene (one of the hidden gems of the city!). I also love hiking, camping, kayaking, and rock climbing!

This neighborhood is perfectly located between the bustle of downtown Denver and the tranquility of the Rocky Mountains. You can access either within 10 minutes! I also love that there is a local park and a larger nature preserve only 5 minutes away. I feel like everything is on my doorstep!
This neighborhood is also committed to environmental sustainability. The yard, and most of the neighbor's yards are designated "bee safe" areas for pollinators to enjoy. The front yard is comprised of local, low-water plants that support the local ecosystem. The neighborhood itself is park of a regional sustainable neighborhoods project and I sit on the local committee. Stay with us and support something bigger than ourselves!
There are also LOTS of bunnies living in the neighborhood, which always make me smile. :-)
