Deja Blue on Summit Ridge

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our 6 bed 3 bath house comfortably accommodates 12 and features plenty to do both inside and outside. Inside, we have a game room and games for family fun, 2 large family rooms for lounging and/or movie nights, along with a mini bar, full dining room, jacuzzi tub, and plenty of closet space. Outside, we boast three deck areas with seating, a screened in porch, a fire pit, picnic table, BBQ grill, and full privacy fence.
The space
Upstairs - There are 3 rooms and 2 full baths including a master suite with master bath. Master bath has walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. 45 in. Smart TVs in each bedroom for your streaming pleasure. Also, upstairs you will find the kitchen - furnished with pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, cups, various kitchen utensils and silverware. A dining area that seats 6 and our spacious living room. Living room has comfortable seating for 10 with 65 in. Smart TV. Washer, dryer and iron are available in the laundry room. Leading from kitchen you will find an upstairs deck with lounge style seating for 4.

Downstairs - As soon as you descend down the stairs you will find a game room that has a pool table and various board games for family fun. Walk around the corner and see our HUGE movie/family room with another 65 in. Smart TV and a mini bar equipped with a fridge. Dimmer switches allow you to set the ambience. Also you will find 1 guest room with a queen bed and another guest room with 2 full size beds. The family room also has 2 futons that offer additional sleeping room. An office space is provided if you have to catch up on some work and there is another large storage area under the stairwell.

Outside you will find 3 deck areas equipped with comfortable seating, a fire pit, a BBQ grill, picnic table, and a full privacy fence to help you enjoy your stay discreetly.
Guest access
Every area of the house is accessible except the attic. Outside the entire property is available with the exception of the tool shed in the back yard.
Other things to note
When using the outside patio areas, please place the furniture covers in the designated plastic bins and replace the covers when not in use, so that we can keep the furniture looking nice for future guests.
