Light Cleaning: We request guests take out trash and wash dishes before departure; linens are professionally laundered between stays.
Reservation Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once the Rental Agreement is signed (sent immediately after booking).

If you break any of these strict rules, you and your party will be asked to leave without refund and additional cleaning or management fees will be charged. We do not allow smoking of any kind in our building. We have a state of the art fire alarm system that will go off for vaping or smoking of any kind. If there is evidence found of smoking in the unit, you will be charged a $400 smoking fee and asked to leave immediately without refund. Glitter found in the unit is an automatic $100 additional cleaning fee.
