Diese Villa verfügt über einen direkten Zugang zum Privatstrand unten. Es verfügt über eine Fläche von über 1.000 Quadratmetern (10.000 Quadratmeter Fläche ist 15.000 Quadratmeter), zwei Infinity-Pools mit Blick auf den Indischen Ozean (Oberer Pool, der als ein vom Boden ausgehendes Schiff entworfen wurde - 15 Meter des Sportbecken) auch kleinerer Pool auf der ersten Ebene

Die Villa:
Diese zweistöckige Villa verfügt über einen 3 x 15 Meter langen Pool auf Stelzen. Diese einzigartige Pool blickt auf den Indischen Ozean mit Wasser überfüllt von der oberen Ebene in die untere Planschbecken und Wasserbecken, ist das Geräusch von Wasser allgegenwärtig.

Die obere Ebene der Villa bietet Platz für die Lebenden und Entertainment-Bereich - die Klimaanlage Küche und Esszimmer, eine offene Grillplatz und eine Master Suite.

Zwei Tagesbetten, die zu sechs Deck Liegen umgewandelt werden können. Genießen Sie einen kurzen Spaziergang entlang der hölzernen Pfad zum Meer gelegene Bale, wo Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee oder Nachmittagstee mit Meeresbrise und einem spektakulären Blick aufs Meer genießen können. Eine Kerze auf dem Rand der Klippe Dinner können auf Wunsch organisiert werden.

Die untere Ebene bietet einen kleinen Sandstrand Bereich mit Tagesbett mit Blick auf den Pool und den Blick auf Parallelen zum Indischen Ozean. Mit Wasserfall Drop aus dem Hauptbecken oben macht dieses kleine Gebiet der perfekte Ort für Wellness- oder Yoga-Retreat. Der kleinere Pool ist ca. neun von fünf Meter zusammen mit Teich auf ihre Seite, flach und es ist perfekt für Kinder. Ein Aufenthaltsraum und zwei Schlafzimmer auch auf dieser Etage.

Alle Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Die wichtigsten Master-Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Cal Kingsize-Bett und Wand zu Wand Glasfenster mit Blick auf den Swimmingpool und die Klippen. En-suite Klimaanlage Bad und Kleiderschrank, eine große Badewanne und zwei Waschbecken. Das dritte Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Rückseite des zweiten Hauptschlafzimmers. Amazing house and staff

The house was beautiful and the staff were so kind and helped make the trip an amazing experience. Wayan was a great house manager that helped us plan and find highly recommended tours and activities. The house staff catered to our needs and were very friendly. I would stay in this beautiful home again in a heartbeat.

**Avoid This Villa at All Costs**This villa completely ruined our Valentine’s trip. We stayed here for a week and had constant issues. For the premium price (developed world pricing) paid per night, this property had so many serious shortcomings. There was a serious bug infestation. Ants came out of the sink drains, mosquitoes were everywhere even with repellent, and large wasp-like insects were inside the villa. The property felt dirty and poorly maintained.Electricity also cut out repeatedly, sometimes for hours, leaving us without power in the Bali heat.Security was a major concern. The villa does not have properly lockable doors or windows, and animals were able to enter the house and eat any food. For a property at this price, the lack of basic security was shocking.Housekeepers also entered the villa multiple times despite us clearly asking them not to. They came in while we were out and handled our belongings, which felt like a serious invasion of privacy.We reported these issues several times to both the US-based owner and the local property manager, but our concerns were largely ignored.The main bedroom blinds were broken, blocking much of the sea view we paid for, and monkeys regularly entered the back garden.Overall the villa felt unhygienic, insecure, and badly managed. What should have been a romantic Valentine’s getaway became a stressful and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

This guest extended their stay, which typically reflects a level of satisfaction. We fully honored their request for privacy and only entered the villa with permission for cleaning services. The concern regarding evening turndown reflects a misunderstanding of standard Balinese hospitality, where staff may briefly prepare the villa (e.g., closing blinds, refreshing the room) to create a comfortable evening setting. Bali villas are open-concept and located in a tropical environment, where occasional insects and wildlife (including monkeys in cliffside areas) are part of the natural surroundings. The property is staffed with 24-hour security and is considered safe, though it does not function like a sealed hotel. We also went beyond standard service by offering to source and prepare breakfast, which is not included; however, the guest declined to cover the grocery cost. The main bedroom blinds were functional prior to arrival and were damaged during the stay due to improper handling by guests. We pride ourselves on delivering an authentic Balinese villa experience, which differs from a traditional hotel environment. This property is best suited for guests who appreciate open-air living, natural surroundings, and local hospitality practices. We wish this guest the best in finding accommodations more aligned with their expectations.

Great Stay

Wayreen ( property manager) was exceptional in his customer service. He was attentive, responsive and arranged whatever he could when we asked. His whole staff and team provided the same as him. Wonderfully home and location

This property was amazing. We were a party of four and the house design allowed plenty of privacy. The pools had great views and enjoyed cooling off with a drink after touring. We opted for the driver and chef and we were totally spoiled by the team. The house manager Wayan checked in with us every day and helped us plan our activities. Can’t wait to return. The property is spectacular, but then, you can easily see that from the listing photo's. Everything is here, the fine details are set & the staff shines beyond the ridiculous sunsets from this cliff-side perch high above Pandawa. Wayan is a true hospitality professional & he has assembled a team that delivers on every whim & promise...don't be silly, book the chef for customized dinners and add the daily breakfast b/c the amazing housekeeper will whip up an amazing start to your day as well as beverages upon request. What initially hooked me was the promise of daily lap swim in the main 20M pool, but this small detail led us to an idyllic gem & all the right people are involved. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience.

Best vacation property

We have stayed in many, many vacation rentals over the last 25 years and this has to be in the top 3. The property itself is huge and gorgeous with excellent amenities, vies, relaxing areas and not one but 2 pools. The location is 25 minutes from the airport. But what makes it truly special are the wonderful and kind staff. The manager Wayan was amazing - he took care of our every request from meal planning to tours to requests about our stay. His communications started from the day we booked till the last. The word 'no' was not in his vocabulary and he made the entire stay easy and pleasurable. Beyond him our driver Ketut was ever smiling and ready whenever we were. The housekeeping ladies Komang and her partner were beautiful souls and ever pleasant and smiling. This truly was a trip of a lifetime, and we almost don't want to give the secret away. We had massages on the gazebo and it was the best setting ever. Our chef provided wonderful meals and my wife had the most relaxing vacation of her life not having to lift a finger. We will definitely be back. I really cannot say enough nice things about the property, the staff and the wonderful island and people of Bali!

Incredible experience

We stayed 4 nights at the Villa and it was such an incredible experience. The Villa is beautiful. It is located on the edge of a cliff and the views are breathtaking. Our kids enjoyed the two pools and the garden area. It’s a tranquil haven and we loved every second of our time there. We chose the extended service and we were so glad we did because we had the most wonderful welcome from the staff. We enjoyed absolutely delicious food prepared by the chef and breakfasts were adapted to our daily needs. I feel that this villa experience is made extra special because of the wonderful staff. They are kind and attentive and the Villa is clean and beautiful. Every single staff member made our visit special and will leave us with memories that last our lifetime. It was a much needed family getaway and it was even more magical than we could have imagined. Our driver Mr Ketut drove us all over and made recommendations of places to see and eat and we loved every single experience. He drove us to beaches and suggested excursions. It was absolutely perfect for us and made the vacation easy and relaxing. The villa manager Wayan is exceptional. His entire team of staff are hard working and kind and made our stay extra special. Amazing Villa and Staff

From the moment we walked onto the deck and saw the double pools and magnificent ocean view we were in heaven. The spacious double suites with large bathrooms plus additional bedroom and multiple living areas made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Having our own driver and air conditioned van available 24/7 made our day trips, shopping, eating out and exploring comfortable and safe. Our driver recommended great restaurants and activities while safely navigating us through the chaotic and bumpy roads of Bali. We shopped for fresh seafood and produce at local markets and brought the food back to the Villa where our private Chef created some delicious dishes with a local touch. Breakfast in the pool was special as were our daily champagne breakfasts in the large main dining room. Happy Hours on the deck, in the pool or under the shade in the pavillion ended with stunning sunset views. There is a very nice store close by where we were able to purchase beer, wine, champagne, alcohol, soft drinks, juices and snacks. Perfect for stocking up the Villa. On a few nights we never wanted to leave the Villa and enjoyed home cooked meals prepared by the Chef. This was so nice. When we did venture out our Driver or the Manager gave us excellent recommendations for dining. Several places we returned to twice because they were so good. We loved the Staff who were gracious, professional and ready and willing to accommodate our every need. None of us wanted to leave the Villa!

Photos do not do it justice. Perched atop a cliff, the view of the ocean is unending with constant, gentle waves rolling in. There are two, stacked decks overlooking the ocean, perfect for coffee, drinks, breakfast, conversation, etc. Top this off with a sun set. Two of the three huge bedrooms overlook the ocean with floor to ceiling windows. Top it off with a real, lap pool on the upper level and second pool on the first level. Large, outdoor seating area, living room, massage room and dining room. My advice, Have your meals on the deck. It will put everyone in a great mood for good conversation and lots of laughs. Staff is so very helpful and almost invisible. The owner is wonderful, easy to reach and responds immediately. There is also a manager at the condo that will arrange massages, trips, home cooked dinners, etc. Can't think of anything else you might need. Here's the downside. If you love to party and want to be close to the action, it is a bit far. Located at the very bottom of the island, you will have a thirty minute, plus drive to the action. In spite of that, it is a great place to come home to. A day's respite from the crowds and traffic makes you appreciate the villa all the more. Note,..Friends from Australia joined us. They live in Sydney overlooking the harbor and Opera House with a view that doesn't quit. They were knocked out and couldn't thank us enough.

Perfection on Pandawa Beach Cliff Edge

Thank you for the perfect international travel experience post pandemic. The Villa was spotless and service impeccable. Upon our arrival, Ketut picked us up from the airport and it immediately felt like he was part of our family. He drove us to the Villa where we were warmly welcomed by the staff. We were then given the tour- the online pictures do not do it justice- the rooms are spacious and beautiful, and the views are even more stunning in person. We booked the extended service and enjoyed tea and coffee every morning on the patio with a delicious breakfast following in the dining room. Ketut recommended several beaches to visit during the day (we went to Pandawa and Nusa Dua) and the Uluwatu Sunset and Kekuk Dance (do not miss this!!!) Ketut also organized water sports activities for our 13 year old twin daughters. Wayan and his staff booked massages for the whole family on two days of our stay. They were heavenly. Every night we sat down to a traditional Balinese dinner,and the food could not have been more delicious- make sure you order the seafood! At night, the staff lights lanterns and we sat near the ocean enjoying after-dinner cocktails. If you want to be pampered and given a truly 5 star experience, this is the place for you. Thank you to the staff for an unforgettable vacation.

Wonderful

My friends and I stayed at the villa for 2 1/2 weeks. It was paradise. The staff was very helpful and always around when you needed anything. We were living in the lap of luxury. everything was kept very clean and they did laundry everyday. The sea views were beautiful esp. while having a massage during sunset. We had an amazing lobster dinner the chef prepared. I hope to come back here Lauren A

a wonderful villa with excellent staff

we spent seven days at this beautiful villa. we woke up one morning with dozens of monkeys around the property--it was a fascinating way to start our day(don't feed them). an easy hike down to your own private beach during low tide. the staff is superb-friendly and non-intrusive. we used their driver (kutud) to have exhilarating day trips to ubud, cangguu, nusa dua resorts then come home to a relaxing gourmet dinner far away from any crowds or other villas. did yoga one morning at the property. the property is enormous: it could easily house three additional bedrooms. the A/C and beds are top notch---the pool at a perfect temperarure. I really don't have a suggestion as to how it could be better. noel, toronto

Pandawa Cliff Edge - Heaven

Thank you Wayan for such a wonderful week for our family. The views of the Indian Ocean were truly spectacular. The ocean seemed to go on forever and we took every opportunity to soak it or cocktails in the Pavilleon overlooking the ocean are permanently saved in my mind. From the moment we were picked up at the airport by Ketut (and the other Ketut) we were taken care of for every want or desire we had on our holiday. Arriving at night, the gorgeous lighting displayed the beauty and design of the entire Villa. Wayan and Komang made us feel so welcome and comfortable. To our delight waking up to see what awaited us in the morning was spectacular. We enjoyed the position of the Villa to truly display the most incredible view. We truly relaxed at the Villa, had adventures every other day (white water rafting, swimming with the Manta Rays of Lembongon, jet ski'd, spiritual quests to Ubud, private boat excursions, shopping, sunsets and dinner in Uluwatu). Wayan organised private yoga for us regularly during the massage to follow. We even enjoyed our private beach for training or a bit of heaven (the stairs make for a great workout). Great beds and pillows too for wonderful sleeps from day 1! So important! The Villa has an amazing energy that made us feel so relaxed, at home and safe too. I can't wait to return again one day. Thank you to Wayan and his whole team for helping us and taking such good care of us during our stay. You went above and beyond and are such beautiful people. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

La Villa Bali - Heaven on Earth

What a lovely villa! What a breathtaking view! The entire staff is entirely devoted to making your visit divine! Every request is immediately and happily accommodated. The villa is maintained with exquisite detail. Farah, the owner, is wonderful to work with and is so fortunate to have such attentive and caring individuals taking care of her villa. I can't speak highly enough about the staff....always respectful, gentle, smiling. I fell in love with each person I met. I HIGHLY recommend this villa - we splurged to take advantage of the full, inclusive package - I am so pleased that we did!

“can it get any better than Banyu Biru?”

Banyu Biru means BLUE WATER, and that is exactly what you get. People get wow'ed with beach front property view, but once you spend some time in this cliff-front property, you will know what a "world-class view" really mean. What you get is a picture frame, top half is the blue sky, the bottom half is the ocean, divided by the horizon. Two pools sits next to the bed roomos on top and 1st floor, jumping into the pool for 1K lap swims is the first thing I do everyday after getting out of the bed. The whole experience could not be possible without the Service; chef, maid, butler, driver, security guard; Banyu Biru has the nicest service staff one can ever dream about! Our diet is gluten-free with low-carb, high protein & fiber. Chef Nyoman follow our instruction and provide exactly what we can and want to eat. Fresh (live) lobster, crab, prawn, fish captured from Jimbaran bay is our favorite, and the price is so unbelivably good. He even made us gluten-free pizza at one time! The villa manager Mr. Wayan will take care of every needs; yoga teacher, gym teacher, massage, bali dance teachers, visa extension, restaurant reservation, anything you need, he takes care of it promptly. Driver Mr. Ma-de is the most patient driver I have ever seen, he arrive online, drive smoothly, always ready to pick up and never complain even if our sight seeing schedule get stretched out too long. 24HR Security guard not only keep the guest feel safe, they also remove the singing frogs for you at night so that we can sleep tight. Last but not least, Ms. Kyoman, we give her nick name Smily-Kyoman, she serve food, make coffee, clean our rooms (twice daily), do laundry, sweep floor, bring our drinks (while sun bathing), remove mattress (when it rain outside), place mattress (when it does not rain); she does all this with smile on her face, everybody love her to death! We love Banyu Biru so much, we extend another month! We only live once, this is one villa worth every penny we spend! Oh, one more, the villa owner Ms. Farrah. although we never get to meet her in person, but communicating thru emails have been prompt, precise, and details, a thoughtful owner who really knows her craft.

Relaxing honeymoon in Bali Private Villa

My wife and I traveled to Bali for our honeymoon and chose this amazing villa as our "relax and unwind" half of our vacation (we later traveled to Ubud for more sightseeing). We had been looking at lots of the fancy resorts in the area but this villa offered the seclusion, the staff, the pool and the ocean and at a much more affordable price. It was the absolute perfect choice for us and we loved every minute of our stay at Banyu Biru. We felt absolutely taken care of by the amazing staff. Everything was wonderfully coordinated from our pick up at the airport by our driver to the delicious meals and excursions - we felt very well looked after. The breakfasts and dinners were exceptional! We ordered lobster two of the 4 nights and it might have been some of the best I have ever had. Lunches were just ok I would steer clear of the "Western" dishes. The villa itself is gorgeous. All the rooms were so beautiful it felt like a waste staying in just one. But the master bedroom is gorgeous with its floor to ceiling wall to wall windows allowing you to wake up to breathtaking sunrises and recline to stunning sunsets. We didn't want to leave the gorgeous property most of the time but it was just a quick drive to a beautiful beach where we spent the day relaxing and swimming. It was an easy drive to Uluwatu to see the temple and although we tried to go the Rock bar and didn't get in, even if we had I would say it wasn't worth it. The massages we had at the house were amazing. I had both of mine in the bale overlooking the ocean and it was quite the experience. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to get away.

Property was as advertised and more so with the great staff!

This villa was "as advertised." The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They were amazing and were miraculously there when you needed them but did not disturb us when we wanted privacy. The view is unbeatable and the house is 5 star quality with all of the amenities that you would expect. Keep in mind that the price included a manager, maids, a driver, security, and private chef. The food was excellent - we paid for the cost of the groceries and the chef would cook whatever we wanted. The food was much much better and cheaper than going to nearby resort restaurants. Our party included my wife, elderly parents and 12 and 15 year old boys. All were able to enjoy the villa with afternoon swims, walks to the beach, massages, and snacks. For better or worse ---Internet service was available and satellite TV - both of which we ended up using since we where there for over a week. Tips: We used the villa as a base for our day trips. It is far south so longer trips towards central Bali need to be planned as all-day trips. A trip to Ubud is an all day trip. Also, it helps a lot if you plan meals well ahead of time. The house is not a stocked restaurant so the chef needs to buy ingredients ahead of time. Overall, the staff makes you feel special and comfortable and you cannot get this type of privacy and flexibility if we stayed at a resort. Highly recommend.

Awful

The owners were nice to deal with but this property is not suitable for young children, our son nearly drowned in the pool and the other son from trying to save him, twenty minutes after we arrived. The timber floor in the bedroom was cracked. The rooms are all separate so the adults would need to sleep apart to sleep with the children. Too far away from anything.

Hi Teena, Thanks for the review. However, I did not mislead anything on my listing, I stated where the location is at, the description of the villa, along with the pics of the villa. This is a cliff front property with open floor plan and 2 story high as you can see from the pics. If you were to ask for the villa floor plan we will be more than happy to provide, I tried to describe the floor plan on the listing to the best of my knowledge. As for your children almost drowning - it's absolutely not our responsibilities nor our staff to watch for the young ones. The pool below is not as deep as the one on the top level, and its suitable for children, adult is always advised to watch for their children, again this is a cliff front property so I don't advise the children to come close to the cliff either. Especially if they do not know how to swim (it's like putting your children freely at the beach with no lifeguard on duty). We have many family stayed at our villa with children from infant to teenager and this is the first complaint we ever received. There's a measurement on how deep is the pool. The flooring on the lower level - we have replaced the wood floor to tiles. If you were to contact me directly and tried to work with the manager, we would be more than happy to put you elsewhere, I tried to contact you but the manager said you already left.

Our stay at Villa Banyu Biru

For our first week in Bali this villa was perfect. It had all the amenities that we needed and that were listed. The villa is decorated quite simply but beautiful. Some interesting sculptures on outside walls. The bedrooms were spacious and kept very clean. The bathrooms lovely and large. Even the smallest of the 3 bedrooms is a good size. The villa is on 2 levels and the main bedroom on the top level is on the same level as the main swimming pool, outdoor undercover relaxing area with a toilet and shower room nearby and living and dining room. Every morning we could open our blinds to beautiful views of the Indian Ocean. There is also a good size swimming pool downstairs. There are plenty of lounge chairs for sun baking and also plenty of seating undercover if you don't want the sun. There is a BBQ and refrigerator in this area and a sound system that can be remotely turned on and off from outdoors. The staff were fantastic and very efficient. They almost knew what we wanted before we asked for it. The chef was brilliant. Anything we wanted he would cook. Each day we chose something from a recipe book and tried something new. This villa is a little off the beaten track, but we had a driver at our disposal, so never really worried about how to get anywhere. Anywhere we wanted to go he would take us and anything we wanted they would get us. Beautiful laying on one of the day beds under the outdoor Cabana overlooking the ocean, especially in the late afternoon before the sun goes down. There are 2 of these, one upper and one downstairs. Any shops,etc nearby are about 10-15 mins drive away, so this villa is not for those who want to right in the middle of noisy tourist area, it's really great for couples, families with older children or friends that just want to get away to the peace and quiet and just relax, enjoy the beautiful scenery and eat great food. I highly recommend this villa and certainly return if I am wanting a relaxing getaway in Uluwatu.

Please read our reviews. Our past guests have complimented our friendly service, their willingness to care for young children. We keep our property clean and try to cater our best to our guests. The staff includes; One Manager, Two housekeepers from 7AM to 10PM, 3 security guards. Extended rate services include; International chef who will cater and cook for you, assigned driver who will take you around the island, complementary first-day breakfast, daily cleaning and laundry.

The villa is located at the end of a small street and we only have one neighbor to our left. It's quite peaceful overlooking Indian-Ocean with your morning coffee/tea.
