Beautiful new vacation home in Prominence right next to 'The Big Chill' with designer furnishings, open concept floor plan, 2 garages, a ping pong table, flat-screen TVs in every bedroom & living space, 6 bedrooms (5 true masters with king size beds) + a bunk room to accommodate up to 16 guests, and access to two large community resort-style pools (heated seasonally) + cabanas + grill + fire pit + pool house!

The space

Welcome to 'Drift Away!'

The layout of this home is perfect for entertaining, with two dining areas and a large living room that opens to a lovely patio. The ground level features a large bunk room that sleeps 4, along with a full bathroom and a spacious outdoor patio. The rest of the bedrooms in the home feature King sized beds.

On the main level (2nd floor), there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one with a private balcony. The third level has 3 bedrooms: two spacious guest suites with their own bathrooms, plus a Master Bedroom boasting Gulf views, a private balcony, and a luxurious bathroom with a resort-style shower and a big walk-in closet.

There is also a ping pong table in the garage for entertainment!

Located within the prestigious Prominence community, an array of amenities await your enjoyment. Take a dip in the resort-style pools, or take advantage of the convenient shuttle service to the nearby Deer Lake Park Beach Access!

-Gourmet chef's kitchen with eat-in breakfast island, open concept living space and dining room

Third Floor:
-Bedroom 4: King bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination
-Bedroom 5: King bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination
-Bedroom 6: King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, large glass shower + private covered porch

Guest access

Prominence is one of 30A's newest vacation destinations, and includes complimentary access to two huge resort style pools (with zero-entry), private cabanas, hammocks, outdoor dining pavilions (with grills), and more. A quick walk and you're at The Big Chill which features restaurants, boutique shops, and the Prominence Town Center event pavilion with weekly concerts and movie nights!

The neighborhood pool is also heated complimentary October/November, March/April and the two weeks around Christmas!

Other things to note

BEACH ACCESS: There are several convenient beach accesses!

Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access point is located about 1 mile to the east - this is a small access and can be easily missed, but is probably our favorite!

Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.6 miles west. It is popular, but you should know: there is a small parking area at the access (approximately $3 for parking), bathrooms are available, the walk from parking to the beach is a little longer than most beach accesses. It is important to note that because this is a state park and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location.

Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is ADA approved and is located about 3.5 miles to the west. Parking and bathrooms are also available at this access.

-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. A full charge will last for 15 miles.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes LLC can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, pool, fire pit, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
