Nice location on the top floor!

Had a very good experience from the check in to check out. The door code did quit at 9 Am instead of 10 and we couldn’t get the TV on in the family room. We enjoyed our stay, great view and quiet area for this time of year. Thanks!

A Really Nice Property!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was more of a quick, last minute, get-away, than a true vacation, but was still very enjoyable. Our condo was very nice with a wonderful view of the ocean. The property itself had way more things to offer than my wife and used the few days we were there. The staff was always friendly, no matter where you might encounter someone, from at a desk or just walking around. Overall, my wife and I had a very nice experience and would come back again for sure.

Beautiful view and clean room

Yet elevator was broken and each time we had to use it we had to wait 15-30 min. Everyone was so frustrated! Room had none of the essentials such as salt, pepper, garbage bags etc. Have never stayed at a VRBO that didn’t have these. It was a beautiful beach view on the 23 rd floor. The room was very clean. Wouldn’t go back though.

Needs work

Barely enough dishes for a family of 3. Do not book this unit if you plan on cooking/eating in the unit. Floors were gross even after sweeping multiple times a day, tub had mold on the jets, pullout couch was broken. We had to use the cushions from the couch to support the bed. Ran out of hot water after two people showered. The area is great but definitely wouldn’t book here again.

Nice getaway

All in all this was a very nice property but there were a few things that I feel could make the stay better. The property was clean don't get me wrong, but a few touch ups like re caulking baseboards and finishing's would have boosted the appearance. Also because it's right on the beach (the views from the balcony were SPECTACULAR) having a broom or vacuum in the unit would have been helpful since you're bound to drag sand around everywhere. The kitchen is large enough to store all the food you would need on a trip however the kitchenware was slim. There was a set of pots and pans and silverware but I feel it could have been stocked a little better with more cooking appliances/dishes to accommodate different types of meals. Even with these minor critiques we had a wonderful stay and would be more than happy to return. The location and the beach was absolutely perfect!

Good but not great

Property was great but sofa bed was broken. So person had to sleep on sofa instead. Extra comforter was not available we had to buy from nearby Walmart. Body wash or soap was not available in the shower so we had to buy from nearby Walmart. Other than that amazing view from top, amazing sunset and easy access to beach. Overall we had good time.

Gorgeous views on the top floor of this nice condo !

The condo is over all nice ! The views from the balcony are breathtaking! The only bad thing we ran into was the bed. It was super firm and not very comfortable. But over all it was a good experience!
