It was a real pleasure staying here; there is security, plenty of parking, it’s close to the ocean, and the pools are simply amazing.

Exactly as described. Clean room. Loved the pool and easy beach access!! Also loved it was on the 2nd floor not far from the elevator! Upon arrival there was an issue with the sliding glass door but we were able to reach out and request maintenance to come fix and they took care of it! Only complaint was not impressed with the pots/pans and cooking utensils but we managed. Would still stay here again!

Not a safe condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sliding door didn’t lock, door frame of main door was busted, crack in bedroom ceiling had water at the start of hurricane. The couch and rug in the living room were nasty!!!! Dirty & heavily stained and almost disgusting. I covered the couch in a sheet to sit on it. Definitely time to get new ones !!! Not worth the money at all !!!!!!

For who is seeking for a place to stay, facing the beach, this a excellent option. Staff is friendly, they were constantly cleaning and keeping the place in order for the guests.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would book again. I would recommend a keurig coffee machine but it did have a regular coffee maker. We planned ahead and brought a small keurig so not a big deal, we just prefer making a cup at a time. Loved that the property has a sun deck away from the pool. It was a good place to get away from the noise of the busy pool because we did not have the grandkids and preferred a quieter place to relax. The market and bar and grill was an added convenience and the food was great. Overall a wonderful experience!

Very convenient steps to the ocean restaurants and shopping all around. Condo had everything we needed. Clean and very responsive. Complex has a store restaurant and tiki bar. Love how active security is on the premises.

Property overall was really clean. Could have more activities for kids daily...our kids absolutely loved the crab races and contests

Great location. Condo needs to be updated.

I gave this condo 3 stars bc the location was great. However, the room needs to be updated. The sofa is dirty and the bedding looks like it is 20 years old. The walls could also use a fresh coat of paint. The kitchen was nice and functional. If we are in a bind and need a place to stay this may be an option. However, next time I will try to book my stay earlier to avoid this location.

The elevators are horrible. They take forever and are extremely hot. Highly recommend getting a unit on the second floor so you can just take the stairs. There was no access to the fitness center. The outlets in our condo weren’t set correctly, making it difficult to charge devices.

Wonderful Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful stay! This condo is perfect for families! I hate condos that are way up on the top floors. This condo is on the second floor, so I was completely comfortable with our kids being on the balcony with us. The room was clean, everything worked perfectly. The resort is amazing as well. The zero entry pool is so fun, as well as the two ‘hot pools’ as my kids call them. And we loved the splash pad! It was so fun getting ice cream from the market downstairs. And there was a snow cone vendor on site during the day. It was so easy getting to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Nothing but praise!

The only issue we had was the knob on the closet door in the bedroom came off when we first arrived. We called the front office and they came up and fixed it promptly.

Enjoyed my stay

I really enjoyed my stay. I absolutely love that it was on the second floor i had a perfect view of the beach and of the pool i am not a fan of highest so this 2nd floor was nice. The room was spacious all 6 of us fit nicely in the room just as advertised. I would definitely stay here again. I do wish the kids spash pad was open during my stay it looks like it was being updated so it was closed.
