This has 5 bedrooms, 1 extra room with queen bunkbeds. Located on Hwy 71 in the Iowa Great Lakes.
Stay Blu is the perfect place to watch it all.
This house is handicap accessible with a king bed on the main floor and full bathroom.
You do not have access to the garage at this location.
We are available by call or text. Please note that we are on Hwy 71 in busy Arnolds Park. Many quests have mentioned they dont like the location because of the traffic. There is plenty of parking behind the house or in the driveway. During peak season, traffic is always an issue, no matter where you stay in Arnolds Park.
Before arrival you receive a door code. Be sure your profile information is correct when booking.
Just a block away from the beach, walking distance of everything the Iowa Great Lakes has to offers.
You have a yard to play games, a patio on the front and back.
Bring your bikes so you can get on the Dickinson County Bike Trail, it goes right in front of the property.
Set out on foot to find yourself at the Amusement Park or Central Emporium.
Location: 239 Hwy 71. I want to be sure you are aware of the location so when I comes to a review, it is a 5 Star. We do not hide any information about the location, so if you have questions, please ask.
You have access to the whole house, rear patio and front deck. You have a driveway and parking behind the house. If you need extra parking, that is available across the street at Remax. Talk with Sherri about the best place to park.
You do not have access to the garage at this location. The grass area to the south is all yours for activities and bon fires.
StayBlu is the old parsonage that went with the church next door. We have given it an update in the winter of 2023. We now have a king bed in the master bedroom on the main floor and I think you will love the open floor plan.
There are 2 queen beds upstairs and we added a "get ready area" upstairs. This gets you out of the bathrooms so other guests can shower then you can hit Broadway Street faster!
In the basement we have added 1 queen bed to the 4th bedroom. The 5th bedroom in the basement has 1 set of twin bunks and a queen bed. There is a set of queen bunks in the common room of the basement. We think you will enjoy the updates to StayBlu!!
We have numbers for local taxi's, but I doubt you will need them. We recommend that you bring your bikes, scooters and wagons for the kids. Its a great place to set out on foot to enjoy the area.
We are not a pet-friendly property. Our busy location and high guest turnover mean we cannot accommodate the extra cleaning pets require. If you need special accommodations, please let us know before your stay so we’re all on the same page. Service animals must remain with their owner at all times and may not be left alone in the property.
Value: All of our location's prices are based on demand. The price of staying at the Iowa Great Lakes has risen over the last 10 years and greatly in the last 4. Please know that our prices adjust up and down with the demand. When it comes to rating us on Value, please remember that when booking you compared what we have to offer and our price to other rentals.
