The building features a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a fully-equipped gym for the exclusive use of guests. The apartment is modern, cozy, with an open kitchen and open spaces, an ample balcony, and tastefully decorated interiors. Ideal for 4 people with a king size bed + a sleeper sofa in the living room.

This is a great property! My friends and I stayed here for our visit to Medellín and it was perfect. Great neighborhood, and very close to nightlife, food, and pickup locations for excursions and activities.

Marvellous condo

Our 2 week stay here was fantastic. In a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a fantastic view to the south of Pablado. The condo is clean and airy. Carolina was a great host and answered any question quickly and accurately.Highly recommend for couples looking for a quiet get away without loud partying in the building.

My stay at this property well exceeded my expectations. It’s just as described in the listing, the place is well kept and clean.it felt like a five star hotel. Fantastic Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The place was exactly as shown, with a comfortable bed, excellent amenities, and a breathtaking view. The check-in/check-out process was very easy and since the door is locked with a code, there was no stress about holding on to a key. Carolina was a fantastic host. She answered all our questions and was available through the app to ensure we had the best stay. Thanks again for a wonderful experience! :)

Good location in Medellin!

My overall stay at this location was generally good. I would have given a 5 star rating for the stay if it hadn’t been for the water heater problem. The shower water came out cold for awhile, heated up then suddenly went cold again. The water that came out of the bathroom vanity sink was always cold.

Perfecto Vista!

If your looking for a clean, secure one bedroom condo with amazing view of the city, mountain backdrop and canopy tree view of colourful birds, this is the place. Fully equipped kitchen allows for food prep and dinners in with the most spectacular ambiance. Macaws flying through, the sound of rain in the evening and watching lightening over the mountain is so serene. The host Carolina, staged the condo with high quality furniture, scented oils, and relaxing ambiance. Plants are lush. Soap/shampoo/conditioner was abundant. In suite washer/dryer was in mint condition and served us well. It was easy to keep the place clean. 24hr Security at the front entrance is solid. There are two elevators for convenience. This is floor 8, could hear the traffic at night, but didn’t interrupt sleep. The pool was cold. Better if heated, I didn’t see anyone in the pool, but that’s not that important.The gym is nice, ok machines. Uber rides were easily accessible from this location. Overall would recommend and will go back. Thankyou Carolina!Jeff - Canada

A few minutes walk from Provenza, a prime location in El Poblado, you will be close to the best restaurants of the city, as well as bars, cafes, boutiques, and shopping malls such as Vizcaya Mall a few minutes walk away or El Tesoro Mall 7 minutes by car. You will be close enough to the most touristic area of the city but without being in the middle of the noise and people, as this area is in the residential part of the neighbourhood.

This beautiful loft can accommodate up to 4 people, the bedroom has a king bed and in the living room a large sofa bed where 2 can sleep when unfolded.

The apartment has washer and dryer; a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay, hot water, TV and a fabulous view of the city.

It is located in a quiet residential area but only 10 minutes walking distance from the famous Provenza street, where it is full of international and local gastronomic offers, as well as the incredible nightlife that tourists love to explore.
