✦ You may keep your luggage at the front desk if you arrive early.

✦ Outdoor shared pool available all year, opened from 9:00AM to 10:00PM.

✦ A credit/debit card is required at check-in for a $200 refundable deposit, returned after check-out if no damages occur.

✦ Pets are welcome with an additional charge of $25.00. Dogs only. Fee is charged per pet, per night.

✦ We use multi-unit listings, so rooms are similar but may have small differences.

✦ Parking is available on a first-come first-serve basis. Street parking is free, and available on Greeley Ave and Second Street.
✦ Any additional cleaning due to a pet will be subject to a fee.
