Welcome to our newly renovated Rustic Dock of the Bay home, a charming cottage by Choctawhatchee Bay in South Walton County, Florida. This spacious retreat accommodates up to 10 guests, with direct beach access just a minute's walk from Kellogg Bayside Park, where you'll find a kayak launching ramp conveniently located right next door. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this home offers ample space for your group. The first floor boasts a comfortable living area with large couches, a fireplace, and stunning water views. Step onto the spacious deck for outdoor dining and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a convenient island. The master bedroom on the first floor offers a king bed, balcony with beach chairs, and a luxurious full bathroom. Upstairs, the second bedroom features two queen beds and a balcony, while the third bedroom offers a bunk bed and twin beds, both with balconies overlooking the water. Additional amenities include a carport, propane BBQ grill, washer/dryer, and a lot more. With its impeccable amenities and prime location, this home promises an unforgettable coastal getaway.

The screened in porch looking over the bay was our favorite spot the entire vacation. There were so many comfortable seating options for lounging and relaxing. We loved that the dock was lit up at night so we could see the fish in the water. Dock of the Bay was so clean and comfortable and close to the beach and restaurants. It was a perfect stay for our families and we can’t wait to go back!

Very private. Large home and property. Beautiful views during the day and NIGHT TIME!! Home is larger than it appears in photos. Very clean, even passed my mom's 76 years of cleaning test....LOL

The home is eclectically decorated and very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The pictures do not do it justice. Each bedroom had its own full bath which was ideal for our grown children and their spouses. The location on the Choctawhatchee Bay was ideal and close to shopping and the beach. We would definitely stay here again!
