Room was clean and spacious when arriving. Check in was good, and room was ready early. When checking out, they also allowed us to keep our baggage in the office so we could walk freely while waiting for our flight. The location is great, not even a 2 minute walk to the beach. There are also some great food places just a few minutes away. Couldn’t be happier!

Convenient to all Fort Lauderdale attractions. You can park your car and walk to beach and restaurant. Friendly staff. Mike, the concierge, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. His recommendations for restaurants have always been excellent.

Amazing!!!

This condo was amazingly spacious, relaxing and fit our needs perfectly. The location is a short 2 block walk to the beach. The view of the beach from the balcony and bedroom was absolutely breath taking. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you want a relaxing place to stay close to the beach with fantastic views, then this is the place for you. Great views, great space, great price!

We loved it!!!!

Condo was exactly what we wanted. Full kitchen made it convenient to plan meals. Our room had great view for ocean, could here the waves!!! Great location for beach, shops, restaurants. Staff were wonderful! Condo tub did not drain well and other guests were extremely load. Only 2 elevators for large resort, waited long times for elevator ( we were on 18 th floor)

Grandma and Grandpas house in the 80s

The property was clean, the make staff were pleasant and only one female the entire month even said hi . I tried to get my room clean the last two weeks and several times they said they would but didn’t The hot tub worked once . The pool area was over crowded with octogenarians who literally sat at my table while I was in the pool in spite of our stuff being there.. it was like a snooty assisted living . The game room was a joke , literally nothing worked except the ping pong table and a shuffle board thing

Met my needs

The room was fine. The pool area needs updated and it was very small for the amount of people. We understand that the roof top area was under construction at the time however, there was a mid area that was under construction also. This should have been stagnated so renters would have had more room in the area. The refrigerator was the only other issue - the shelf that covered the fresh vegetable and fruit drawer was missing so no shelf or way of keeping these items fresh.

Pros-great location -friendly staff- all utilities worked. Nice budget option. Cons-No one to greet at door on Christmas eve. No keys so had to wait for desk clerk to come back from break at 11pm. Supplies ran out for coffee and dish soap. Laundry soap not filled. Toilet leaked and required loud drying fan outside door. Cleaning should have happened Tuesday/Thursday. Only got Tuesday.

Thank you for staying with us. Multiple front desk agents are available during normal check-in hours. Unfortunately at the time of your 11pm arrival, there was only one front desk agent on property. According to your communications, the front desk agent had stepped away for a restroom break and a security guard was there until the agent returned a few moments later. Regarding cleaning and supplies, this vacation rental typically does not offer a free cleaning service on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The Tuesday service is typically towel replenishment and trash removal. The supplies provided in the unit were starter packs. Unfortunately the property is unable to provide unlimited coffee, dish soap, and laundry detergent.

Walking distance to the beach, quiet and clean condo

This condo was in a great location. It was just minutes to walk to the beach and many restaurants. The condo was clean and had everything we needed (the murphy bed accommodated my two teenagers perfectly and got the bed out of the way for the rest of the day). I would rent this condo again.

Relaxing City View of Fort Lauderdale

This time share building, although not 5 stars, makes up for it in so many ways. The units are very clean, spacious, and the staff is extremely friendly. The location in Fort Lauderdale is perfect. The beach is nearby. It's a short walk to Publix, the Galleria Mall, and many nearby restaurants. It is ideal for a family. We enjoyed the very interesting Bonnet House tour next door in a beautiful park like setting, and the Water Taxi. We had a City View, which we enjoyed more than an Ocean View, especially from high up, as Fort Lauderdale offers great views of canals, and huge boats always on the move. Over the course of one week, we did not have one complaint. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The condo was great

This condo was great. We booked from Thursday to Sunday and got a 16th floor (overlooking the beach) and it is terrific. It was myself and four friends. We read how another guest had to switch condos. Not us. We stayed in the same condo the whole time. It was incredibly clean and up to date. The furniture is in good shape. Both the TV in the living room and in the bedroom are new - HD tv. The TV in the living room was a big smart TV. The area is great - 1 block walk to the beach and just a few blocks from restaurants, bars, and a shopping mall. We enjoyed time at the pool bar and hanging out next to the pool. We were pleased with how prompt and easy it was to work with Chris. He's got a friendly voice and was nice. The resort staff was friendly and very helpful with suggestions for a night out. We were all very happy with staying here for our getaway and hope to book it again next year.

Fantastic Condo - Excellent Location - Great Service!

My wife and our son stayed in this condo for a week and we couldn't have been happier with our vacation. It seemed nice in the pictures but it was actually nicer than I had expected. The desk staff was very nice and welcoming. They gave us great recommendations for dinner within walking distance. The condo was very clean. The balcony had a great view of the ocean. We had requested an ocean view and Chris said that he couldn't guarantee it. When we arrived, it was so nice to have the ocean view. I was so glad that I asked. It was spectacular. The location was really good. We didn't really need a car. There were a some restaurants in the small neighborhood. The neighborhood also had a really cool ice cream and pop corn shop, good pizza, and a few touristy shops that we didn't care for. The was supermarket nearby. The beach was a few steps outside the front door. There was even a concierge there to help us with finding a nice place for a family outing. He recommended an everglades tour that came to the front door. Fun times. I'll definitely be returning.

Excellent location, great staff, nice apartments

Picture in the listing is exactly what it is. Very clean, very well maintained, friendly staff. We spent three weeks so got a good sense of the resort. Great location, a block from the beach. Close to Galleria Mall with restaurants and stores. Great value. We plan to return.

Better than expected

We recently spent 1 week at Chris's beautiful condo. The location is perfect! We requested an ocean view on 7th floor or above and we were happy to have this granted. Our 12th floor condo overlooking the Atlantic was great. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships leaving at 5-6 pm several evenings. The beach was a short one-block walk. Our one-bedroom condo had everything we needed. The king bed was very comfortable, the upholstery had been recently recovered, the kitchen included all that is needed to prepare meals, the balcony was great to spend time on, and the unit was spacious with a walk-in closet. Wifi was excellent. We didn't use the pool area but it had an upper and lower deck and a bar. The workout room was more than adequate. The staff was helpful with any questions we had. We were left messages on the house phone with information on activities. We greatly appreciated this instead of phone calls. There are nearby restaurants (don't miss Franco & Vinny's Italian restaurant, open at 4 pm daily and only 1/2 block walk on Sunrise), the large Galleria Mall a 10-min walk, and a Publix across from that mall. There is a convenient mart across from the front door and a 7-Eleven near the rear entrance. This is not a 5-star resort but it includes all you need in a great location near the beach. We weren't disappointed!

A group of 4 of us stayed here for a birthday weekend. First they tried to overcharge, this may have been an honest mistake but hard to say. Then they booked us in 2 different rooms without telling us they were doing that - so when we checked in, we were told we had 1 night in this room and then had to move to another room for the rest of our stay. The front desk stated this was a common practice through VRBO and that they never tell guests this. The first room had a pull out couch and murphy bed, which we needed both as we had 4 people but the room was not large enough to pull out the couch bed and pull down the murphy bed as they overlapped each other, so we had to move furniture around just to get the beds to lay flat on the floor. Many places to stay so avoid this one for the inconvenience.

Hi Dawn, Thank you for providing your review. Regarding the quote, it is true that the initial quote was incorrect; it was an honest mistake. However, it was us who found the mistake and told you about it. If we were going to overcharge, we wouldn't have notified you about a mistake in the quote. We would never take advantage of a guest. Regarding the switch from one unit to another, this is not common practice and we tell our guest before they book if a unit change is anticipated. However, we were not given the opportunity to tell you about it because you placed your booking online at the last minute without asking any questions. In the confirmation, it said that there was a possibility that you would be required to switch units. If you had booked by phone, we would have told you about switching units and possibly avoided it entirely. I really apologize for the inconvenience. In the future, I will make sure to call a guest who books online if there is a possibility of switching units so that we do not run into any further issues. I hope you were able to enjoy your visit to Fort Lauderdale. PS: To explain the reasoning of moving to another unit number... this is a timeshare resort and the owners have either a week from Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday with a minimum rental of 2 nights. If any guest has a reservation that goes through a Friday or Saturday (such as Thursday to Sunday), there is a possibility of switching from one unit to another identical unit. I am truly sorry that you were unaware about this prior to making your booking. We recommend guests to call us so that we can provide guests with an opportunity ask additional questions about the rental and also be informed about any possibility of switching from one unit to another.

LOCATION! LOCATION! WHAT AN AMAZING LOCATION!

Overall, we had a great stay! The room was clean and the view was amazing! The location is AWESOME as we were only steps away from the beach. The condo accommodations were all very nice and the support staff was extremely helpful. Six people comfortably slept in this 1 bedroom condo and we would absolutely stay here again! It's not upscale but it's perfect for a family who would like to easy access to stores, restaurants and the beach. Thanks so much!
