Step into this newly remodeled home with modern decor and a plethora of amenities!
The sparkling pool is heated with water features. There is plenty of outdoor seating including 4 loungers, a dining table and 4 piece patio set. There are pool toys, floaties, life-size games, pool towels, fire pit and a gas grill.
Cook your meals in the gourmet kitchen w/ double ovens and 5 top gas burning stove! The breakfast bar seats 5 and the dining table fits 8 comfortably!
The main level living area is open to the kitchen/dining area and has plenty of seating! Also, located on the main level is the office with 2 full sized desks for those who have to work a bit! This room can also be used for sleeping with the queen size air mattress.
Upstairs is a loft with sitting bar, microwave, Keurig and mini-frig. The L shaped couch makes into a queen size bed.
The master bedroom w/ spacious en suite is a little piece of heaven! The king sized bed is ultra comfortable and the electric fireplace can even be used in the summer for ambiance!
The bathroom has a jetted tub, a separate shower with a shower tower and dual sinks with lighted mirrors.
Bedroom 2 also has a comfortable king sized bed. All the rooms have TV's, fans and a place to store clothes.
Bedroom 3 has 2 double beds great for kids but can also be suitable for adults.
Our amenities list is quite lengthy! Fully equipped kitchen with spices and condiments, stocked coffee bar w/ creamers and syrups, bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and extra toiletries. Office has desks, chairs and printer. TV's have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime to name a few (you'll need your own sign in). For children we have 2 pack n plays w/ 3" mattresses, highchair, walker, toys, infant pool float and 2 pairs of water wings (30 lbs-60 lbs).
The property also has a poolside cabana which can be rented daily or for the entire stay. The cabana has A/C, TV, mini-frig, ice machine, sink, bar top table, futon, desk and 1/2 bath. Just shoot me a message for pricing.
The home is located in East Mesa just minutes to 2 major highways(Loop 202 and HWY 60) which take you about anywhere. It is situated in the interior of Boulder Creek Subdivision, so no major traffic noise. Wal Mart Neighborhood Market is within walking distance for groceries.
Things to do in the area: Hiking, float the Salt River, Queen Creek Olive Mill, shop and dine at San Tan Village, fish at the Riparian Park and the list goes on! The Phoenix Zoo and Botanical Gardens are about 30 minutes away.
Disclosure: Outdoor security cameras at pool and front entry. No parties allowed and all guests must be on reservation-including visitors. We do have a casita on the west side of property with separate entrance and separate yard that we may be staying in from time to time.
