Ideally located 6 miles from Baylor University & the Silos District.
It's a piece of beautiful central Texas countryside right outside the City. 

This beautiful, cozy space offers amenities galore! Have your morning coffee in a peaceful, private setting, then spend your days at Baylor events, or shopping in the Silo District. You'll have your own private space featuring a window seat with a treetop deck to enjoy the outdoor scenery. As well as a fully equipped kitchen: granite countertops, island, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, full size oven with a glass top stove, & a microwave that can be used as an air fryer or a convection oven.
Sleep well on a super comfortable KING size bed in a spacious bedroom with a full size bed in the attached loft (in the same room). There is also a full size fold-out sofa bed in the living room. The one bathroom has a beautiful glass shower door to the walk-in shower.

Also there is a complimentary COFFEE BAR with tea, cream and sugar & a water filter inside the refrigerator. There's a full sized WASHER AND DRYER for your use, including detergent and other supplies. PLUS IF YOU NEED ANYTHING, WE ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO HELP. We also have a large screen smart TV & internet.

You'll have covered parking right outside your door. Since the owners live on the property you might be greeted by Miley & Mo, our sweet outside dogs. (They are not supposed to come up on the deck with you, so please ask them to stay if they try to follow you upstairs.) Just let us know if you'd like to meet Buzz, our horse & our goats. We'd be happy to introduce you.
Please note: We have stairs! 20 steps to enter the unit and the bedroom is sunken with stairs as well.
