Josh was a great communicator and so easy to work with. This unit was great- we loved having beds for each of our young adult kids. It was nicely located off the main drag, but still super easy to get there when we wanted. The balcony was a great place to unwind and relax at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend this place!

This was such a lovely place to stay with my wife and 2 eleven year olds. The location was great! Restaurants, shopping and the beach were all an easy walk away. The kids especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing boogie boards which they definitely tried and loved. The unit itself was exactly what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to save some money and cook a few meals for ourselves. It was spacious enough for us to relax once we were settling in for the night and had fantastic views to take in too. We would definitely recommend to others and stay again if we find ourselves lucky enough to be back in Hawaii. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Everything was great from rental of condo to area. Area was easy to walk, with many great stores and restaurants. Easy communications with hosts and was a plus to be able to book with the driver of limo. We utilized the limo for airport pick up and our luau evening. Would definitely recommend to stay. It’s quite a gem!

Having traveled wide and far myself, I’ve always believed that location is one of the most important parts of any vacation rental. There’s a huge difference between having to jump into a car and deal with traffic and parking, versus simply slipping on your flip-flops, grabbing a bag of snacks, and casually strolling less than 5 minutes to the heart of Waikiki and under 10 minutes to the world-famous Waikiki Beach. That kind of convenience is often far more valuable than staying at an expensive 5-star hotel that’s farther from all the energy and excitement, where spontaneous walks to enjoy the sights, sounds, and beach become much less practical. Another thing many guests don’t realize is how affordable and comfortable transportation can be with our partnered limo service. It’s a step up in comfort and luxury at a surprisingly reasonable price — a much more relaxing experience than squeezing into a typical rideshare. I’m glad you came well prepared, asked thoughtful questions, and were able to create the kind of vacation memories that make a trip special. Aloha Michelle, Thank you so much for sharing the beautiful photo from the balcony of our unit. It makes me very happy to know that you and your loved ones had a wonderful time during your stay. One of the main reasons we chose this unit is that, being part of a condotel, our guests have access to amenities typically found only in three-star hotels and above. Many newer buildings maximize every square foot for revenue, often leaving little room for shared amenities, so we feel fortunate that this property offers such a great balance of comfort, convenience, and resort-style features. The one challenge with the building is that the parking garage is operated by an independent company contracted by the hotel. That said, considering the prime location in the heart of Waikiki, I am actually surprised that the parking rates remain relatively reasonable compared to many other options in the area. I often suggest that guests first check for parking along the Ala Wai Canal, directly across the street from the building. It offers free parking day and night, including weekends, except for a few hours during the weekly street-cleaning period. Our cleaning staff seem to find parking there almost every time they visit. Joshua’s place was exactly what we needed for our first trip to Oahu! Located right on the canal, it is just a few minutes' walk from the busy main streets while still offering a peaceful, relaxing vibe.The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay—from coffee and paper towels in the kitchen to shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom. The AC units in both rooms work great and are very quiet. For parking, we easily found free spots along the canal before 3:00 PM. After 5:00 PM it requires some patience, so we happily used the parking garage twice.The location is wonderful and within walking distance to amazing restaurants like Marugame Udon and Maguro Spot. That said, we highly recommend renting a car for the freedom to explore the island at your own pace.Joshua was an excellent host. When we had a minor issue with the balcony door on our first day, he had it resolved within a couple of hours. Aloha Angela, Thank you so much for your kind review and for allowing us to be a small part of your family trip. There is nothing more satisfying than coming across such a lovely and respectful family. Although I did not meet everyone in person, I felt it through our communications and from Hanna’s updates to me. As someone who has lived in the city my whole life, I understand how important it is to have the right location—close enough to be part of the pulse of the city, while still being able to leave the noise behind. That is exactly what I love about this building. It is truly rare to find that balance. Many newer properties may have newer buildings and finishes, but newer construction often means being farther away from the heart of the city. I wanted our apartment to feel different. When our guests stay with us, I want them to have the everyday essentials they need, along with the fun things for the beach, from bodyboards to beach chairs and umbrellas. My hope is that when you arrive, everything is already there and ready for you, just like your own vacation home. No need to run around looking for the little things you need during your stay. Just settle in, relax, and enjoy your time in Waikiki. It would truly be an honor to host your family again if the winds bring you back to this side of the ocean. The best place to stay in Waikiki with mountain window view and city/ ocean balcony view, I think rare as I looked at other units/ bldgs. Very spacious for 2 teenagers and 2 adults and well stocked with spices etc. Such a nice and clean place, luxurious feel. Prime location having all the shopping/ eateries and short walk to beach at your fingertips. Josh is a very nice and responsive host. He appeared very respectful/ almost like family with his housekeepers, they were such positive souls as they hurried to get the unit clean with a smile as we were just going to drop luggage off until room was ready, about 2 hrs early, and they just finished and let us come on in and stay. So grateful I picked this unit and the rest of my family was as well. Such positive vibes/ atmosphere. Everything was pretty well seamless. I’m sure if we needed help finding activities, Josh would have told us, but didn’t need any help as my friend lives there. Parking is expensive, can try to find a spot on street- but really have to look and we chalked it up to already spending so much, might as well just pay and know vehicle is safe and was lucky to be able to park at friends a couple nights. Aloha Billie, It was truly an honor to come across people who are on the same frequency—kind, respectful, and embracing the positive things in life. Even though we only connected online, I could tell right away that you are a good person. My staff also shared their experience meeting you while taking care of their work, and they were very grateful for the kindness and respect you showed them. They told me about it afterward, and it really made their day. Those little moments mean a lot to me. As many of our guests have mentioned, the location of our building is something pretty special. Even some of the newer five-star hotels would love to have a location like this—right in the middle of Waikiki, while still having the peaceful views of the mountains, the greenery of the golf course, and the canal with people walking and canoeing by. You get to be close to everything, but once you are inside, it feels calm and quiet. When you are our guest, I want you to feel taken care of and experience the same level of Aloha that I would hope to receive when I stay somewhere. I simply try to give our guests what I would want for myself. Regarding parking, the Ala Wai Canal has always been our main place to park, and we have never personally experienced or witnessed any bad situation there. Like parking in any city, it is mostly about timing and a little patience. The busiest time is usually between 3 PM and 5 PM. Outside of that window, there are usually plenty of free spaces if you take your time and wait for the right spot. I truly hope to welcome you and your loved ones back to our home in Waikiki sometime in the near future. Please keep my contact information. And if you ever come back and cannot find a free parking space on the street, just reach out to me. As one of our returning A-list guests, we will take care of your parking for that night, on us. This unit is centrally located in Waikiki and offers fantastic views of the mountains, city, and ocean. The one-bedroom layout, along with the sofa/Murphy beds in the living area, worked perfectly for our stay. We loved being able to enjoy both the morning sunrise and the beautiful golden sunsets. If you need parking, be sure to ask the attendant for detailed instructions on using a day pass (available after 10:00 a.m.). The host was very responsive and provided many helpful tips for exploring local destinations.

Aloha Wen, As an architect myself, I have a long checklist of what makes a truly great condo. Location is always at the very top of that list — not just where the building sits within the city, but how the unit itself is positioned to connect with the natural beauty and energy surrounding it. What makes our unit especially unique is the incredible variety of views it offers. From the living room, bedroom, and balcony, there’s always something different to take in depending on the time of day and your mood. One of my favorite views is overlooking the beautiful water feature of the Ala Wai Canal, where you can often watch rowers practicing across the calm water, with the Waikiki skyline rising beyond and glimpses of the beaches in the distance. Combined with the peaceful golf course scenery, vibrant sunsets, soft morning light, and the frequent rainbows cast across the mountains from the island’s passing moisture, it creates a constantly changing backdrop that feels both peaceful and alive. As for parking, we always recommend guests take advantage of the abundant free parking along the Ala Wai Canal just across the street from the building. It’s free day and night, weekdays and weekends, except for a short street-cleaning period once a week early in the morning. Honestly, because of our location, having a rental car for your entire stay is often unnecessary. The beaches, great restaurants, shops, and so much of Waikiki’s energy are all just an easy walk away. And if you’d like to explore other parts of the island, the 1800 car rental located right in the building makes day-to-day rentals incredibly convenient. Many guests find this approach far more practical and cost-effective than renting a car for their entire vacation. Mahalo for staying with us and for leaving our place incredibly clean and spotless. Beautiful apartment in the heart of Honolulu with a great view. It's the perfect base for exploring the city and Waikiki Beach is just a short walk away. The kitchen has everything you need to cook dinner. We felt very safe thanks to the security. And Josh is very helpful.

We are a family of 4 with two teenage girls. This place was PERFECT! A separate bedroom for parents and each kid had their own bed. A/C worked great. Ample beach supplies. 10 minute walk to the beach. We did pay for in and out parking when we arrived and it was well worth 94 for two nights. Host was responsive. I would definitely return!
