Each bedroom is designed for maximum comfort with high-quality mattresses, smart TVs, and ample storage.

First Floor:

Primary Bedroom: Features a Zinus 12" hybrid mattress with a 2-inch charcoal foam topper, a 55" 4K flat screen TV, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, freestanding deep soaker tub, and dual mirrored sinks with granite countertops. The walk in closet boasts a tent for the kids, a soft blanket, pillow and books perfect for naps.

Second Floor:

Bedroom 2: King bed with Zinus 12" Cooling Green Tea mattress, smart TV, and a desk and chair workstation.
Bedroom 3: King bed with Zinus 12" Cooling Green Tea mattress, smart TV, and ample natural light.
Bedroom 4: Two King beds with Zinus 12" Cooling Green Tea mattresses, vaulted ceiling, and ample natural light.
Bathrooms
Modern and spacious, our bathrooms feature elegant fixtures and ample amenities. Note that only the master bathroom on the first floor includes a walk-in rain shower and a deep soaking tub. The second floor bathrooms feature a combination shower/tub setup.

Glencairn Knoll is perched atop the highest rise on our nearly 4-acre property, surrounded by mature trees. The grand entrance features a rustic brick porch with wooden rocking chairs, offering gorgeous views and a serene environment. Outdoor features include:

Special Considerations:
Construction Notice: In early summer 2024, there may be intermittent construction noise from a neighboring property, which is reflected in our discounted pricing.
Non-Smoking Policy: This property is strictly non-smoking, both indoors and outdoors. Violations will incur a $250 fee.
No Pets: To accommodate guests with allergies, we maintain a pet-free environment. A $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.
No Events: No parties or weddings are allowed. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
Security: There are security cameras on the front and back doors for your safety, but they do not cover the pool or hot tub areas.

Booking Information:
Minimum age for renters is 25 years old. The renter must stay at the property during the entire booking.
Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM.
Please respect our quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
