Modern Lake House w/ Rooftop Deck on Lake Chetek

This is a 4 floor, 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a modern and unique American design concept custom built for your vacation rental.



The foundational level of the house is where you’ll find the cozy the living room and gas fireplace, outdoor patio area, one bedroom with a queen sized bed and sleeper chair and one full bathroom. You can also easily walk right out onto the beautiful concrete patio, make a fire to enjoy, or access the lake! The 1st floor is where the full kitchen and dining room are located, as well as a half bathroom. This floor features a fancy fire feature purely for ambiance in the dining room. Going up another flight of stairs you’ll find 2 more bedrooms both furnished with queen beds, an additional sleeper chair/couch, and one bedroom with twin bunkbeds. There is a desk space, laundry room, and full bathroom on this floor as well. The top floor of the house features a wet bar, game space, and overhead garage door option to create a pass through bar and a rooftop patio equipped with a gas fire fixture. This floor has another half bathroom.



Most comfortably groups of 8-10 can be easily accommodated. There are additional sleeping options to sleep 12, click the message host option to talk to Kayla about other options if needed!



No better view can be found of the Independence Day fireworks on the lake! The fireworks are directly in front of the house on the sandbar. Chetek always puts on a great weekend of festivities and a very enjoyable fireworks display.
