Diese schöne 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock des Komplexes. Es blickt auf den Golf von Mexiko mit einer spektakulären Aussicht vom eigenen Balkon. Der Master bedroomwhich den Strand zugewandt hat ein King-Size-Bett, TV und DVD-Player. Die Gäste-Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten mit einem TV / DVD-Player und das Wohnzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa und 2 Liegen für Ihr Wohlbefinden. Es gibt einen Fernseher und DVD-Player und WLAN-Internetzugang. Die große Galeere förmige Küche ist komplett mit allen Geräten und gut bestückte Schränke für die Köche in der Gruppe ausgestattet. Es gibt eine große Insel für zusätzliche Ablagefläche. Es gibt eine separate Waschküche in der Wohnung mit einem vollen Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit Die Summerlin Anwesen verfügt über eine Golf-Seite Pool (im Winter beheizt), Grillmöglichkeiten, Strandpromenade, direkt an den Strand gehen, und überdachte Erdgeschoss Parkplatz. It would be nice if that was just emailed/texted to you and you could go straight to the room

Nice spacious condo. Kitchen had all necessities for cooking and baking. Beds were comfortable - all were memory foam type. Beach was nice and quiet, beach service meant we had chairs and umbrella every day. Just what we were looking for.

Great condo for our family of 4 with two teens. The king bed is a memory foam and very comfortable. Everything you would need in the kitchen. One boogie board and chair if needed. Puzzles for a rainy day. Great stay!!
