You've never experienced the Emerald Coast quite like this, with both a main house and a carriage house to accommodate your group and lovely garden patios to enjoy on balmy days.
This luxury home boasts an incredible location within the private community of Grande Pointe. It backs up to Camp Helen State Park, a 180-acre expanse on the edge of Lake Powell, Florida's largest coastal dune lake. The house is also less than a quarter-mile from the Pavilion at Grande Pointe, where you'll have access to the community's pool, sundeck, and boardwalk that traces the lake. To reach the white sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico, stroll just over half a mile south.
Spend your days swimming, freshwater or saltwater fishing, or riding the two provided bikes on the 18-mile Timpoochee Trail that follows 30A. You'll be greeted back at home by the most beautiful outdoor spaces for barbecuing at dusk, dining alfresco beneath the trees, and sharing stories by the firepit.
Step inside the house to find large, gracious living areas that make for easy gathering, including an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an adjacent dining room. Complement your dinners with drinks served at the bar on the porch, and screen movies afterwards on one of the smart TVs. The bedrooms are serene and full of sunlight, ensuring you wake up each morning refreshed and relaxed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
