Kings Beach Lakehouse

Built in 2021, this modern tri-level townhouse is just a short 1-1/2 block walk to beaches and waterfront restaurants. Yet, only 7 miles from Northstar or 15 miles to either Palisades or Mt. Rose for world class skiing. With music at Kings Beach every Friday night during the summer and just 9 miles to the Shakespeare festival in Sand Harbor; our Lakehouse affords you easy access to everything Tahoe has to offer from outdoor activities to cultural attractions. Perfect for families, couples and friends.

INSIDE
Enter on the ground floor which includes a queen bedroom with a TV and small sitting area and full bathroom. The downstairs also includes a laundry room with full size washer & dryer and access to the one-car garage.
The second level (main floor) features an open-plan living area with living room, kitchen and dining area. This area has a TV and access to the outdoor deck and BBQ. The dining table can comfortably seat six with two additional seats available at the kitchen bar. The main level also includes a bright primary queen bedroom and another full bathroom.
The large third floor loft has two twin beds that can be used as seating or space for kids to sleep. A separate full (double) bed opposite another 65” TV for streaming or gaming.

LOCATION
Kings Beach is a charming community situated on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, California. The area is known for crystal clear water, sandy beaches and breathtaking views making it a popular destination for tourists and locals alike. During the summer months visitors can swim, paddle board, kayak, parasail and enjoy a variety of water sports. Or enjoy hiking, biking and mountain biking.

In the winter explore the nearby ski resorts of Northstar, Palisades, Diamond Peak and Mt. Rose. And, nearby Truckee with its charming old western feel, shops, restaurants and galleries, is only 11 miles up Highway 267. A perfect spot to spend an afternoon.
