Welcome to Great Lakes Lodge—a cozy, year-round retreat tucked into the Manistee National Forest, perfect for families, couples, and friends looking to relax, reconnect, and explore beautiful West Michigan.

Located in Twin Lake, Michigan, we’re ideally situated just 3 hours from both Chicago and Detroit, an hour from Grand Rapids, and only 30 minutes from the Cross-Lake Ferry that runs between Milwaukee and Muskegon.

This spacious lodge features:

Five comfortable bedrooms:

Three rooms with bunk beds (twin on top, full on bottom)

Two Rooms with a twin/full bunk bed and a twin/twin bunk bed

Three full bathrooms, each with a toilet, sink, and shower

A large, fully equipped kitchen perfect for group meals

A front porch stretches across the front of the lodge, ideal for sipping coffee, playing games, or enjoying the quiet of the woods

An established fire pit nestled just behind the lodge for evening campfires and s’mores

Guests also have seasonal access to Echo Lake, a peaceful, non-motorized lake perfect for swimming and boating when a Camp Pinewood lifeguard is on duty.
