The condo is extremely convenient as location goes. A couple blocks from Fogo De Chao, and we were less than 10 minutes from every Universal park. I will say that you can’t go down Canada to get to the condo due to construction. And the view from the room was spectacular!The property was clean but there was a garbage like smell that would not go away. It was clear that they tried to cover the smell with plug ins but it was only making it worse. The property owners remedy was to leave the sliding door open all day while we were all gone. I will say that they were responsive to coming right away when I complained about the smell and the master shower head broke and started spraying into the light fixture. After they left the slider open while we were all gone and they left, I did not continue to complain as I didn’t want the same thing to happen. We just aired out the room for a few hours every day while we were awake and there. I think that the smell may be from the condo. There were big industrial carpentry dryers in every hallway we saw in the building. There must have been some major issues. There were not any carpets in the condo itself. Additionally, the decorative throws and the blanket in the spare closet all needed to be washed as well as they all had a funky smell.
