Sleeping Arrangements:

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs all of which have a king bed, an en suite full bathroom, walk in closet, smart tv's along with either propane or electric fireplaces. The main master and the 2nd master bedroom also have a queen sleeper sofa. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, smart tv and a computer desk complete with printer. The game room has a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a deluxe queen air mattress and a 2 pack n play infant/child sleepers. All bathrooms are stocked with an amenities basket with all the essentials and hair dryer.

Ammenities:

The game room has a bar, several table with seating, a 70" big screen smart TV along with all the games listed. The outside wrap around porch has several seating areas as well as a jacuzzi to relax and enjoy the stunning mountain views and listen to Roaring Lion Creek which flows through the edge of the property. There is a fully stocked coffee/tea bar in the kitchen as well as an electric smore's maker with all the fixings. As a welcome there is also bottles of wine/champagne for you to enjoy and toast the beautiful serenity surrounding you. You are also welcome to any food/drinks in the refrigerators and cupboards. There is an iron and ironing board in the mudroom closet.
