We are Modern Midstay, a Denver hospitality company, that owns & operates 50+ furnished apartments in City Park, Cheesman Park, Cap Hill, and Wash Park.
We offer 1 to 12 month furnished rentals for travel nurses, relocations to/from Denver, remote workers, and others exploring the city for a few months.

The Space:
Unit #4 @ 1073 Downing St is a 500 sqft 1BR on the second floor back of the building. Spacious kitchen and den with great WFH workspace. No dishwasher, but large sink and drying rack. Large windows throughout bring in fantastic natural light.

* 3 blocks to Cheesman Park and Botanic Gardens. 4 blocks to City Park
* Walk to Ideal Market (Whole Foods), King Soopers, and Trader Joes
* Walk to restaurants, coffee, retail, and music on 6th, 13th, Colfax, and 17th
* 8 minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District
* 10 minutes to downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi
* 30 minutes to Red Rocks. 1 hour 30 minutes to ski resorts
* Nearby hospitals: St Joseph (1mi), Presbyterian St Luke’s (1.5mi), National Jewish (2mi), Rose (3mi), and Children's Hospital Colorado Anschutz (8mi)

* Comfy queen bed and linens and stocked kitchen
* Safe and walkable neighborhood
INCLUDED AMENITIES
* All utilities, parking & internet included. $150+/month value
* Fast internet! 300mgps download, 10mgps upload. Shared router may or may not be in-unit
* Smart TV, so you can use your own streaming service. No cable
* Free communal laundry in the basement
Guest Access:
PARKING: 5 first-come-first-serve parking spaces in our parking lot in the backyard off the alley. Only 1 car per apartment in the lot. Street parking is free and available on our block.
LAUNDRY: Shared, free laundry is in the basement. The basement is accessed from the side door near the fire escape.
HEATING & COOLING: Host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans.

The property is an easy 30 to 40 minute Uber from the Denver International Airport. You're a 10-15 minute Uber ride to anywhere in the city. Check out rtd-denver .com or the RTD My Ride app for the bus and light rail routes and schedules.
Other Things to Note:
LEASE: Per Denver's leasing rules, we require a lease agreement that we'll e-sign with all guests upon booking to confirm your stay.
PET RENT: We are dog friendly, but have a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $3/dog/night. Please add your dog to the reservation, so VRBO can collect the pet rent. Pet rent for second dog (if approved) will be collected separately.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: We have a guest manager and a property manager who manage over 50 apartments and guests across central Denver. Our team is available during business hours and outside them in case of an emergency.
