We have a large backyard with a private patio, furniture, fire pit, grill, hot tub, games & more! Roughly one mile from Holiday Valley!

*Child friendly & infant friendly:
We have a Portable Travel Crib, Inflatable Toddler Bed, Toddler Baby Playpen with Bassinet and Changing Table. Upon request, secured baby gates can be placed in front of steps prior to arrival. Upon request, all child/infant bedding can be set up and ready for use prior to check in as well. Upon request (prior to arrival) there is also a stroller available for use located in the garage.

*Pet friendly:
Food & water bowls are provided, along with dog treats & a basket full of dog toys! (Must account for pet when booking reservation).

*Kitchen:
Fully stocked kitchen with enough plates/cups/utensils/etc., for 14+ people. A wide variety of kitchen appliances as well! (Stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge w/ ice maker, toaster, blender, keurig, coffee maker). Provided: coffee, filters. Variety of K cup blends, sugar, honey, creamer, variety of tea flavor, basic spices.

*Electronics:
3 large flat screen Samsung smart TV’s with apps all logged in ready for use, as well as Samsung live cable TV.
& SONOS Bluetooth speaker sound system hard wired throughout the entire house.

*Outdoor Items:
Outdoor patio furniture, picnic table, yard games, propane grill, bbq cooking utensils, fire pit, fire wood, hot tub, marshmallow sticks, camp pie cookers & more!

*Bikes:
(4 bikes total) Bikes are located in locked garage & are ONLY available for use upon request & approved, prior to check in!

*Backyard:
Fenced in patio/ backyard area with two gates. Great for the safety of pets and children!

*Driveway Parking:
Our driveway is only permitted five vehicles max. There’s also no street parking allowed on our side of the road. Our back yard borders the new Ellicottville parking lot, if additional parking is needed.
Mud room with ski rack for ski/snowboard equipment, large living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 king, 4 queens, 1 futon, 2 air mattresses queen & single, 1 toddler bed, 1 pack n’ play/crib), 2 full baths/showers (with jacuzzi tub), and a spacious large fenced in backyard patio area to enjoy in the summertime!
