Vom Balkon oder durch die vom Boden bis zur Decke reichenden Fenster der Unterkunft genießen Sie einen spektakulĂ€ren Blick auf den Golf. Mit ĂŒber 1.950 mÂČ ist das GerĂ€t sehr gerĂ€umig und neu eingerichtet. Sie können auch direkt in der 7. Etage parken und die AufzĂŒge meiden!

The property and amenities were amazing. Nice and spacious! My family didn’t want to leave! Ha!The only negative was the young woman working behind the counter at the desk in the lobby. She wasn’t super friendly and looked bothered by having to do her job.

We had a fun and memorable family trip staying at this condo. The space is very roomy and family-friendly, with a great view and a fantastic location. We especially loved the pool and lazy river—those were definite highlights for everyone!However, we did notice several cleanliness and maintenance issues that took away from the experience. The walls had visible dirt and even what looked like boogers in some spots, which was off-putting. The air vents were dusty, and several electrical outlets didn’t work properly. The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, and we were surprised to find there was no iron in the unit.We still made the most of our trip—we’re good at turning lemons into lemonade—but compared to our stay at Phoenix West last year, this condo fell short. With a little extra attention to cleaning and maintenance, this place could be a top-notch rental.

Moldy shower curtains, no dustpan, lightbulbs burnt out and a poorly designed kitchen faucet/countertop that didn’t allow for full water pressure to name a few. Also, the filtered refrigerator water was not hooked up. We were with a large party occupying 2 additional units which were far more updated yet the same price.while Phoenix rentals fixed what was fixable,I feel like units like this should rent for less. We will come again to PW but not 706

It’s a good size condo so lots of room to move around. Had 4 bathrooms which is nice. The cleanliness could have been better. Only an hour after checking in and walking around our feet were black. So could use a good mopping. Also, our sheets when we unmade the bed had hair in it that was not ours so that was a bit unpleasant. The kitchen needs a few more items, such as a few more storage containers, an oven mit. And the biggest thing that could be a big issue for someone if they were to work from here and need to make calls is there was ZERO cell service on any of our phones all week. And you could only FaceTime or text in condo with people who had iPhones. Otherwise you have to go to the beach. Wi-Fi worked just fine but absolutely no cell service. Each of our phones said SOS the entire time. We asked other families staying in this property and they said that was not an issue for them. So just a heads up for anyone staying in future. But overall it was a good stay. And you can’t beat the view.

Our feet were black from walking around bare foot in the condo. There is a bar stool that needs to be repaired, replaced or removed. We visited after spring break and before school let out so the property was not crowded. I loved the fact that there was plenty of security and we always saw maintenence people working on something. Property was immaculately maintained! I guess that's why units for sale in this building start at $1M. Would have been nice if outdoor pool and lazy river would have been heated though. Would also reccomend some non-stick pan options for the kitchen.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The booking experience was great. Fast and thorough! The parking was less than ideal; In fact a headache during peak times! Less modern than I had hoped. Loved the convenience of the beach. Unit could use some updates. Great vacation, however it wouldn’t be my 1st pick in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was just like the pictures, beautifully furnished, well equipped and comfortable beds. We did have a problem with the cleaning at the condo. Floors were very dirty and so were some of the dishes in the cabinets. When dining in one night, we found there were only four forks.... Not quite enough for our party. The kitchen stools need some repair. All in all, we enjoyed our time at Phoenix West and hope to stay there in the future.
