Great stay with beautiful beach views! The bedroom was a bit cramped, but it was very clean and the host was responsive and helpful. The location and overall experience made it a wonderful getaway. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay. Close to the outlet, broadway, and many restaurants. The place was clean, it’s a partial ocean view which I don’t think was in the description. Dislikes: Parking was terrible, we had to park across the street in a parking garage with elevators that barely worked. The towels smelled of mildew as well. Besides that I would stay again. We stayed for an adult birthday trip & was worth it.

Girls weekend fun

The host was very easy to get in touch with and answered all questions promptly. We got locked in the condo one evening due to the door lock breaking and the host came as quick as possible to help us get out and to repair the door. He was very nice and the rest of our stay was so peaceful. Great location with a side view of ocean and direct view of the pools. If I can say anything negative about the condo; it was a little tight to maneuver in the bathroom and going from the door to the living room/kitchen area.

Short Stay

Property was surface cleaned decent but you could tell it had not been properly deep cleaned in a while. (Shower head, baseboards, microwave filter, in Murphy bed cabinet.) We did not contact the host about this as it was not worth the hassle after already having to reach out twice. First was for check in instructions because I didn’t receive any on day of arrival. Second was that the murphy bed did not have sheets or pillows and none in the closet. We had 6 people and intended to use all three beds. Host did send sheets and pillows after we reached out. Beds were very uncomfortable. They were hard and had humps in the middle, felt like you were sleeping on a bare box spring. Couch in the living area is also pretty worn down. We were there for three nights and by the time we left, my mother and I both were very achy. It was fine enough for the short weekend trip, but not worth the money. We would not stay again.

Nice but cramped.

This was a nice room. Some things to consider: if your 6'3 like me and have more grown kids my (17 yo and her friend) you may be a little cramped. It will sleep 6 but storing your luggage and groceries can be a challenge. Its a very clean room and they have all you need to cook with. The owner was quick to respond and answered any questions i had fast. The only real issue i had doesnt fall on the room or the owner. It was the parking. Parking across the street is much easier. The parking garage at the condo stays full most of the time and its tight. The pool stayed cloudy the whole week also. It was sanitized and safe to swim in, just couldnt see the bottom. There is an indoor pool as well. Elevators were slow, but there are 4 total so you could just walk to the other elevators if the wait was too long. My kids really had a good time and my wife and i also enjoyed it. We are more used to houses and less crowded condos. Overall still not a bad place to stay and the price was very reasonable. I like more peace and relaxation but this was manageable for a short last minute trip.
