Plus, the added convenience of provided beach gear ensures a seamless transition into a day of seaside fun, catching some waves and soaking up the sun! And don't forget about the outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand and salt after a day of epic surf sessions!

- Third bedroom (downstairs): two twin beds, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo
- Fourth bedroom (downstairs): queen bed, twin bed
- Fifth bedroom (downstairs): two twin beds (each on the top bunk, accessible using a ladder!), ensuite bathroom with two toilets (private toilet rooms), two showers (individual stalls), two sinks, direct access to exterior of the home. This setup is perfect for washing off after a beach day!

- THIS HOME IS DOG FRIENDLY: There is a $50 fee per night, per dog. Up to 2 dogs allowed. We only accept dogs, no cats. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please note that on Airbnb these fees are collected after the booking has been paid and someone from our team will reach out to you to collect the pet fee.
- VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- There are exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7. The cameras are located on the back alley, back patio, overlooking driveway, front garden and side of the house.
- This home is near the train tracks so you will occasionally hear the train horns.
- The top bunk beds are accessible using a ladder.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
- If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
