Bob & Kathleen are the best. Their place was spotless. It was perfect for our stay! So close to the beach and boardwalk. I have short legs and walk slow and it was less than 3 minutes

Charming Point Pleasant cottage

Our family of 5 (two adults, 6 yr old, 3 yr old, and 10 mth old) had a lovely stay at Kathy and Bob's cottage condo. As hosts they greeted us upon arrival, gave us an overview of the place, and also provided us with recommendations on activities for the kids and family friendly restaurants. The condo was impeccably clean and we would definitely stay again when returning to Point Pleasant.

Cozy and clean, close to beach/boardwalk

Bob was very friendly and hospitable and his place was clean and cozy (small, but not as small as the pictures make it seem), with a truly excellent location, just a few houses down from the boardwalk and beach. It’s so close to the action, but not “in it” so you don’t have to worry about noise, etc. We had our two young kids (in one full bed), my husband and me (other full bed), and my sister-in-law (in twin bed in sunroom) and it was perfectly fine for a weekend at the beach. Would recommend!!

Clean & Cozy

The place is located near Jekins and the fun hub area of Pleasant Beach. Rooms are a little tiny but cozy. The manager is attentive and cares about the guest staying. The only thing I would say is the constant noise of AC that can disturb sensitive sleepers. Other than that, we had a great time staying in this house.

Point pleasant

The owners are very nice and welcoming. The property and apt. are very well kept and extremely clean. The apt. is cozy for a family of 5. The couple of negatives are, there are no sheets for the beds and no towels in the bathroom. The mattress in both rooms are extremely uncomfortable. Other than those two negatives the stay was very comfortable, quite and pleasant.

A 2nd home & family!

It goes without saying what we think about this property and the owners, as this is our 4th year renting! But for those that haven’t rented this property before, here are some highlights: *5 minute walk to the boardwalk & 15 minute walk to shops in town (Arnold/Bay Ave) *2 bedrooms, bed/couch in “living room” and extra roll away bed *Baby gate at top of stairs (perfect for families with toddlers!) *Standing shower on ground level/inside door (could be slightly inconvenient to those use to a “full” bathroom and with small children, but most importantly...it gets you clean!) *Off street parking *Free WiFi & Smart TV *The property owners (Bob & Kathy) are super friendly, laid back, accommodating and just feels like they’re part of your family! We will definitely be back for years to come, as long as we’re able to and they will have us!😊 Thank you!!

Great, CLEAN stay

We got lucky with some awesome weather. Robert and Kathy were extremely friendly and welcoming. Robert recommended us a great place to eat dinner. The place is small, but it was just what we needed for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (2 yo and 8 months). We brought a pack and play so it made sleeping quarters a little tight, but we’re were only in the rooms to sleep. The mattresses were not the most comfortable, but the convenience of the location was worth it.

Great location

This second floor cottage is a stones throw away from the boardwalk and beach. Stayed here with two teens. One slept on the trundle in the living room, the other took a bedroom. It’s a cozy fit with a split bathroom (stall shower upon entry on first floor, toilet upstairs). Use of the grill/picnic table area is a bonus. Very clean, nice yard, great for 4 people… more than that may be tight. Open outside shower is great for getting the sand off. Quiet area, close to all PPB has to offer, wonderful host couple that live in the front house gave us great suggestions of where to go in the area. First time staying in PPB and we had a great time!

Amazing location & hosts

The location cannot be beat, 3 blocks from the boardwalk and in the middle of everything. Bob & Kathleen are truly wonderful people that were very helpful in answering any questions we had. Definitely recommend staying here.

The Perfect Beach Get-away!!

Bob & Kathy could not have been more adorable, kind and accommodating when my boyfriend and I arrived for the weekend. They introduced themselves, gave us a quick run down on the place, then let us go about our business of unpacking and settling in. It is obvious they take meticulous care of their belongings as everything from the cleanliness of the apartment to the beautifully maintained landscaping of the property was just incredible. The location could not have been more perfect and waking first thing in the morning and taking a walk along the Point Pleasant Boardwalk and getting coffee was pure bliss. We'll definitely be renting again. Wonderful!

The hosts of the home are very nice and friendly. We had a last minute idea to rent a place for a couple of days and they were very accommodating. Home is very clean. I will recommend staying here to my family and friends.
