Unser Haus mit privatem Pool, Garten und Blumen in intimer AtmosphĂ€re bietet einzigartige, angenehme, gerĂ€umige und familiĂ€re AtmosphĂ€re fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub.
Es kann bequem 6 Erwachsene und Kinder aufnehmen.

Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 3 Schlafzimmer, von denen zwei Kingsize-Bett und ein Zweibettzimmer sind. Jedes Zimmer hat Luftkondition wie Wohnzimmer. Die KĂŒche ist komplett mit Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, GeschirrspĂŒler, KĂŒhlschrank, Mikrowelle, Besteck, Herd mit Ofen und Geschirr ausgestattet. 2 Badezimmer sind komplett ausgestattet und es gibt eine Waschmaschine.
BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher sind vorhanden.
Wohnzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber Kabel-TV, DVD-Player, CD-Player und Ledersofas.
Außengrill befindet sich im Garten vor einer großen Terrasse. Die Terasse ist mit Holzdach bedeckt, aber es gibt auch eine Terasse. Blick von Terrasse ist auf OlivenbĂ€umen und Blumen.

First trip to Croatia

Perfect location , 5 mins from DBV airport and Cavtat . 20 mins from Dubrovnik old town . All amenities on the doorstep . The hosts were amazing with a beautiful welcome pack on arrival and early check in . They overheard it was my sons birthday and popped back with a beautiful birthday cake . Lovely villa with pool near to Cavtat. Located in a village with a small supermarket only 5 mins walk away. The villa had everything we needed for our stay with effective air-conditioning in all bedrooms and downstairs in the living room/dining area. The hosts Marina and Marko made us feel very welcome providing a generous welcome pack of meats, cheese, fruit and drinks. The airport is conveniently only 10 minutes drive away. Despite that aircraft noise was not an issue. The villa has reserved parking immediately outside which was very welcome. That said, a car is not essential as the area is well served by buses. The number 10 bus which runs roughly half hourly takes less than 10 mins to get to Cavtat and just over 30 minutes to Dubrovnik

What a lovely villa conveniently positioned super close to the airport, Cavtat and Dubrovnik. Marina and Marco made it such a great stay starting off with a lovely platter of meats, cheese and fruits. The villa is exactly as described, super clean and the beds are comfy. The pool provides fun and relief from the heat and there is a gorgeous dining table under cover for evening meals. Cavtat is a short drive away with many restaurants and beaches to choose from. We went on a couple of sunset walks which were absolutely spectacular. Dubrovnik was extremely busy on the day we went but it was still fun to walk the walls. We went to Lokrum island on one day and this was super fun and picturesque. There is a ferry that regularly goes from Cavtat to Dubrovnik or Uber from the villa to Dubrovnik costs about about 20-25 Euros each way or about 9 Euros to Cavtat. We’d definitely stay here again, it’s a home from home.

Our stay here was amazing. There were 6 of us, age range from 18 to 68, on a family holiday and all had a fantastic time. Marko and Marina are excellent hosts. The Villa was perfectly appointed, very clean and in great location. Croatia is a stunning country that we can't wait to return to. Absolutely no complaints and highly recommend.

Lovely villa in a residential area. Marina and Marko are lovely people and nothing was too much trouble. Welcome pack was a nice touch, with ham, bread, cheese, a large selection of fruit, cola, water and even wine and beer. Would recommend car hire (though there are lots of buses and taxis) as it's a fair walk to the harbour (especially if there are children in your group). Would definitely recommend, and would love to come back one day. Thank you both very much, and of course Tina.

We (a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers) had an amazing stay at Villa Tina.The location is perfect to explore the local areas. We particularly wanted to be local to the harbour and restaurants in Cavtat but still have the ability to head into the walled city for day trips.There is a small, but well stocked supermarket literally a minutes walk from the property. A lovely bakery a bit further down the hill and a really nice restaurant at the end of the road (amazingly large pizzas).There is a number 10 bus that can take you too and from Cavtat harbour, but as a family of 4 it actually worked out easier and cheaper to use Uber and bolt who will drop you off and pick you up by the carpark/bus stops at the harbour.We originally took the number 10 bus into Dubrovnik, but found it easier (for a little bit more money) to use Uber and bolt again. The bus does get very busy (even at 7am in the morning) as people who live locally obviously depend on it as well.The property itself is very well presented and the air conditioning was a Godsend due to the heat. The pool is well maintained and secluded away at the rear of the property so you are not overlooked.I would highly recommend Villa Tina and thank you again for letting us stay. We all fell in love with Croatia and will definitely return in the future.

Lovely Villa, lovely Cavtat

Beautiful Villa, very well equipped. The 6 of us enjoyed our week at this lovely Villa. It’s a short taxi ride to the Airport and down into Cavtat. Uber is the cheapest, though we had some problems getting an Uber for 6 of us. Taxi were easy to get and cost 80- 100 kunar for a 5 seater. We did a big shop at the Lidl in Dubrovnik and there is a Pemmo supermarket 2 minutes down the road. Marco and Martina are lovely hosts, nothing is too much trouble. The cheese, meats bread and wine were llovely surprise when we arrived. The pool area has plenty of shade when needed. We would not hesitate to return.

Absolutely beautiful villa

We had an amazing 10 night stay in this beautiful villa. It has everything that you need, the air conditioning worked great. We sat and had breakfast every morning on the terrace. The supermarket was a couple of minutes walk away and had everything that we needed. The bus top is at the end of the road that takes you into Cavtat and Dubrovnik. There is also a restaurant nearby that we visited a couple of times for lunch and and was very good and reasonably priced. We walked down into Cavtat every evening, took about 40 minutes and we got a Uber back which was €7. The swimming pool was a decent size and the temperature of it was perfect. There is also a outdoor shower and a outdoor grill. On arrival there was meat, cheeses, tomatoes, bread, fruit and some drinks in the fridge. This has been the best accommodation we have stayed in. andshow.er a Uber back. priced.

Superb villa in a lovely area - perfect!

We are a family of 5 (Adults and teenagers). Marina and Marko were fantastic hosts and the property and location were everything we'd hoped for (really clean, plenty of towels/supplies, excellent all round). We hired a car which was great for exploring the wider Kovalne region but also managed just fine on the number 10 bus a lot for Cavtat, Dubrovnik and the various coastal towns in between. The bus company (Libertas) provides a very handy free app with live schedule information. Cavtat is a lovely town with plenty of activities, restaurants and excursions to suit everyone (and not as hectic as Dubrovnik). The pool provided a welcome family chill out area between trips and excursions. Welcome platter of meat and cheese with drinks was very much appreciated, and communication was excellent before and during our stay. There are a couple of small local supermarkets with ample variety but if you have a car I'd recommend the bigger 'K Centar Sub City' Shopping centre in Srebreno for stocking up. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back one day!

Condie Croatian Holiday

With out a doubt the best rental accommodation and hosts we have ever had. Marina and Marko couldn't do enough - always responded quickly and were genuinely lovely people. The food and drink they left was a great start when arriving in a new place although the supermarket was only a two minute walk. The villa was really clean, good size for our family of three but could easily and comfortably accommodate five. The air conditioning was excellent and was needed due to the 30 degree plus temperatures.The private pool and various outdoor seating areas were absolutely brilliant and made our stay comfortable. Loved eating local bread, cheese and meat and drinking Croatian wine and beer at the outside table. The location was great as well. Most days we walked down to stunning Cavtat and then got the regular Number 10 bus back up due to the heat. Cavtat itself is beautiful and has excellent restaurants would give Italy and the South of France's best resorts a run for it's money. Overall we had a brilliant holiday in a beautiful and friendly country which was in no small part to Marina and Marko's excellent hospitality and wonderful villa.

Holiday Heaven

Had a amazing stay at Villa Tina from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Despite our late evening arrival our host Marina was on hand to meet and greet us, thoughtfully providing a bread, cheese and meat platter and refreshments to see us through the night. The villa was beautiful (as well as the pool) And had plenty of outdoor space to sit in both sun or shade. It was also extremely well equipped and the air conditioning was a blessing in the 40 degree heat! Though close to the airport the planes did not disturb us and the villa was very well positioned for getting the number 10 bus into both Dubrovnik and Cavtat, and also just round the corner from a local shop and bakery. For going further afield I would recommend hiring a car and there is a dedicated parking space for this at the villa. If I had to make any comments, I would suggest advising people that the garden now has a new building next to it rather than open views to the mountains. However this does not impact the privacy at all, and the outside areas remain beautifully kept, well screened and relaxing. Final suggestion - take a good mosquito repellent or end up on their menu for dinner !

Villa just perfect for our holiday.

The villa is absolutely spotless and beautifully presented both inside and out. It's clear to see that Marina and Marco are very proud of their property and have thought about all the little details that improve the guest experience . Most appreciated by my family was the air conditioning in all rooms, an abundance of clean towels and proper cushions for the sun-loungers!!! Although the villa is close to the flight paths from Dubrovnik airport the planes were never intrusive and it was actually quite interesting looking at the various jets whilst relaxing by the pool with a cool glass of something in my hand. Nearby there is a small supermarket with helpful staff to get basics but as we had hired a car it's was just a short drive toward Dubrovnik to find a well stocked Lidl for all our major requirements. Cavtat is beautiful with some lovely restaurants looking over the bays but we would also recommend Konoba Tomislav's at the end of the road. Looks a bit roadside Cafe from the outside but very good, reasonably priced food served by friendly staff. We did venture into Montenegro to have a look at the exclusive port area which was interesting and the Kotor Bay area is breathtaking. Word of warning though the border crossing was a bit horrendous waiting for 90 mins in blazing sunshine. First visit to Croatia and won't be our last.

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour parfait dans la maison proposĂ©e par Marina & Marco.Marina a toujours Ă©tĂ© rĂ©active pour rĂ©pondre Ă  mes diffĂ©rentes sollicitations et c'est une famille trĂšs attentionnĂ©e et accueillante:- Nous avons pu avoir la maison plus tĂŽt que prĂ©vu ce qui nous arrangeait bien car notre vol Ă©tait arrivĂ© plus tĂŽt- Dans la maison, ils nous avaient prĂ©parĂ© un plateau de fruits, un grand plateau de fromage et charcuterie, du pain et des boissons fraĂźches- Marina a eu la dĂ©licatesse de m'acheter un gĂąteau d'anniversaire (ayant vu ma date de naissance sur mon passeport)- Leur fille a mĂȘme eu la gentillesse d'offrir Ă  nos enfants de jolis bracelets qu'elle a fabriquĂ© elle-mĂȘme.La maison Ă©tait remarquablement propre et fonctionnelle, la clim dans toutes les piĂšces est un vrai plus ainsi que la piscine privĂ©e (qui est nettoyĂ©e tous les matins par Marco).Des serviettes pour la douche ainsi que pour la piscine Ă©taient fournis Ă©galement.La maison est situĂ©e Ă  20/25 mns de Dubrovnik et Ă  5 mns de Cavtat qui est une vraie pĂ©pite, Ă  45 mns du MontĂ©nĂ©gro, Ă  40 mns de la Bosnie et Ă  8 mns de l'aĂ©roport.Un arrĂȘt de bus se trouve Ă©galement au bout de la rue.Vous pouvez rĂ©server les yeux fermĂ©s si vous souhaitez passer un excellent sĂ©jour en Croatie !

Notre hÎte est trÚs gentille et fait preuve de plein de petites attentions trÚs agréable. Nous avons eu le plaisir d'avoir notre diner offert le premier soir : charcuterie, fromage, tomate, pomme, raison, café, etc... Le lieu est calme par le voisinage malgré la présence de petits immeubles à coté et aussi par la fréquence des avions de l'Aéroport de Cilipi.

Super séjour

Nous avons passer un excellent sĂ©jour dans cette maison. La maison est fonctionnel et trĂšs propre. Les propriĂ©taires sont absolument charmant et trĂšs accueillant. La localisation de la maison est proche de l’aĂ©roport donc quelques nuisance sonore avec les avions mais cela ne nous as pas dĂ©ranger. Elle est trĂšs bien situĂ© pour visiter les alentours. Toutes la famille a adorĂ© ces vacances, encore un grand merci Ă  Marina pour son accueil. À bientĂŽt Claire

Une semaine agréable en Dalmatie du Sud

Maison trĂšs propre, petite piscine agrĂ©able, climatisation dans chaque piĂšce Ă  vivre. Une maison agrĂ©able pour une semaine de vacances, avec commoditĂ©s Ă  proximitĂ©. Un accueil trĂšs chaleureux des hĂŽtes! Il est prĂ©fĂ©rable d’avoir sa voiture pour visiter la rĂ©gion. Une actualisation des photos permettrait de visualiser les immeubles autour de la maison en revanche.

Villa Tina Zvekovica

Vuokraus oli helppoa, majoittaja oli vastassa ja esitteli kohteen pikaisesti mutta tyhjentÀvÀsti. Meille oli varattu saapumiseen hedelmiÀ, leipÀÀ ja juomia, mikÀ oli kiva. Allas oli pienempi mitÀ kuvista olisi odottanut mutta riittÀvÀ viilentymiseen kuumana pÀivÀnÀ. Sijainti oli loistava, hyvÀt yhteydet Cavtatiin ja Dubrovnikiin.

Super clean and comfortable villa

We had a lovely week at the villa, very convenient for Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The villa had everything we needed. Villa was very clean and comfortable and Marina and Marco were very helpful and welcoming. Nice welcome pack and supermarket is only 2 minute walk away. Cavtat is a 25 minute walk and has good bars and restaurants (we parked at ambulance centre and left car overnight). Overall really pleased, thank you M&M

A Lovely Place to Stay

Just spent two weeks at the lovely Villa Tina, and had a wonderful time. Set in a residential area of Zvekovica, this wonderfully equipped Villa is a great location for visiting Cavtat and beyond. Marina and Marco who are the owners are very approachable, and are close bye should you need them. The Villa is well equipped, with the rooms being clean and comfortable; the Villa has two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a kitchen/lounge. All these rooms are comfortable and generally well equipped. There is plenty of garden and pool space, for when you are out in the sun. Close to the Villa there is a supermarket and bakery etc. Cavtat is a walkable 35 - 40 minutes distance. We were in the Villa as a group of four adults, and would highly recommend Villa Tina. It's close to the airport, so no long taxi journey after your flight. Thank you Marina and Marco for letting us stay in your lovely Villa.

Lovely villa, beautifully maintained.

Great villa, beautifully maintained inside and out. Everything there you would need to make it home from home. Lovely private pool area, and seating terrace. In a great location for exploring the surrounding areas. Thank you Marina for you hospitality.

Excellent Villa

Marina and family were the perfect hosts . The villa was exceptionally clean , absolutely perfect . Was in a lovely quiet area . Marina made us feel very welcome the second we met . And the lovely touch of meats .bread and wine was just what we needed after our flight . We would definitely recommend Villa Tina for your perfect holiday . Hopefully we will be back soon . Lovely house, well equipped and clean

My family and another family thoroughly enjoyed our week near Cavtat. The house was lovely and clean and well equipped. It might be nice to have another chopping board and a slightly sharper knife as we tend to do lots of self catering. Marina & Marco have really thought of everything for a guests comfort. The outside area was well tended and clean with a fab BBQ once we’d worked out how to use it! It might be nice to have a net to clean the leaves out of the pool. The house is very close to the airport but we didn’t really find the planes a bother. It is also close to a main road but again we didn’t really get any excessive traffic noise. The house is well situated to visit all of the local attractions. Dubrovnik old city is just stunning. We also ventured into Bosnia to Mostar which we’d highly recommend. We have fallen in love with Croatia and hope to be back in the not too distant future. :)
