Originally from Orange County California, I fell in love with the northwest coast of Puerto Rico years ago. Aguadilla has everything I want in a Caribbean getaway — warm turquoise waters, world-class surfing spots, dramatic cliffs, and that perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. After spending so much time here, I decided to create comfortable, well-equipped homes so other travelers could experience this special corner of the island the way it should be enjoyed.
My properties are thoughtfully designed with short-term guests in mind. Whether you’re coming for a surfing trip, a family beach vacation, a romantic escape, or a work-from-paradise stay, you’ll find clean, modern spaces with everything you need to feel at home. I personally manage the properties and take great pride in making sure every detail is taken care of — from comfortable beds and fast WiFi to local recommendations that help you discover the best of Aguadilla and nearby areas like Isabela, Rincón, and Crash Boat Beach.
Puerto Rico’s northwest coast is still somewhat under-the-radar compared to San Juan or the east coast, and that’s exactly why I love it. You get stunning beaches without the heavy crowds, incredible fresh seafood, friendly locals, and breathtaking sunsets almost every evening.

I chose this specific neighborhood because it perfectly captures everything I love about Puerto Rico’s northwest coast. The location offers easy access to some of the island’s best beaches — including the iconic Crash Boat Beach with its vibrant pier, clear waters, and incredible sunsets. I wanted a place that feels peaceful and residential while still being close to the ocean, great restaurants, and outdoor adventures. The mix of natural beauty, friendly local vibe, and convenient access to everything (including the airport) made Borinquen the ideal spot for me to create welcoming short-term and Long-Term rentals.
Whether you’re coming to surf, relax on the beach, explore nearby towns like Isabela and Rincón, or simply unwind with ocean views, this neighborhood delivers the perfect balance.
