We had a great time during our stay. Loved the views and the ease of checking and accessing the beach and pool. The best part was knowing our section of the beach was only Sea Colony guests; not crowded!

Loved it

We loved the location and will definitely be back. Best property we’ve stayed at through all beaches we visited. Only complaint was getting in the unit for the first time. Had to get the code reset 3 times.

The condo was great! Very clean, perfect ocean view, and great property. The check in process was not simple or clear. We booked through VRBO but the property is managed through 1st Choice Properties. The email communications were not clear and there were several emails. They reference you do not need to “check in at the office” but you DO need to check in at the Sea Colony office, just not the property management office. You need to have a waiver printed from 1st choice to hand in at the Sea Colony Shoppes check in. And each “amenity pass” for Sea Colony is 58 per person.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that the check-in process was not clear. We do our best to communicate the process for each property as they all do not have the same necessary items. This property is a remote check-in, however there are items required by Sea Colony. We send a guidebook link with the procedures for this community so you are able to obtain what you need prior to your stay. They ask for additional items to be sent to them.

Great place, confusing check in

Condo was great, as is the location. Communication on check in process could be better. Had to inquire about the check in process & received three different sets of instructions on where to go & what to do. Had to go to a separate location to pay for parking, which I wish was just included.

We do our best to make the check-in instructions as clear as possible as Sea Colony has requirements for individuals staying in the units and their parking. Stay at the Chesapeake

The stay was wonderful. My only complaint was that I wasn't aware there would be more fees to pay when I checked in. The $110 extra for parking? Really? Then as a suggestion there should be a full length mirror somewhere rather than all short mirrors. Women like to see full length what they look like to go out. And I brought K-cups thinking we would be able to relax with a cup of coffee every morning and go out on the deck, but the coffee marker was outdated and dirty so of course we had to go over to Dunkin Donuts every morning instead of relaxing. Long mirror and new K machine cofffee maker is all I suggest.

Great Condo!

Very nice condo, clean, and good amenities (cable, computer desk with monitor, games available, guitar). I have been going to Sea Colony for many years and always have a great stay. I would stay in this condo again with my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids), it had everything we needed to enjoy our week at the beach!

Very clean, well maintained, and very functional - lots of hooks for your things.

Lovely condo. I would stay here again. I don't love a high rise for a beach vacation, but the view was awesome.
