Two bed, one bath condo with dedicated private garage for one small to mid-size vehicle. Living area and dining area are fully furnished, in addition to open-concept kitchen with granite countertops throughout. Kitchen has basic dishes and cookware plus all appliances. Washer and dryer closet is located on the back balcony. First bedroom is in the hallway with bathroom across hallway from the bedroom. Master bedroom is at the end of the hallway with private entrance to bathroom from inside the master bedroom. Free additional parking on premises.

1. If you have 5 guests, let us know in advance so we can provide extra linens for the futon. Please note that extra linens are only available with advance notice upon request.
2. We warmly welcome pets! Please disclose all pets and pay a $75 pet fee with your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. For large dogs over 45 lbs, please message us for approval before booking. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
3. The pool hours are 9 a.m.–10 p.m., and it`s closed on Monday for cleaning. Please note, it may close temporarily without notice due to weather or routine maintenance like chemical adjustments.
4. This unit is on the 2nd floor and requires stairs for access.
5. We are located in a tropical area, so bugs and insects are common. To help prevent them from getting inside, we kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed and to avoid leaving any food out, especially outdoors.
6. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is not available for use.

We want you to have a great stay and believe that being upfront helps set clear expectations. Please note that situations outside of our control—such as WiFi outages, community amenity closures (including pool, gym, sauna, etc.), and weather-related disruptions—are non-refundable.

- WiFi Connectivity: We aim to provide reliable internet, but occasional service interruptions may occur due to provider issues or weather conditions.
- Community Amenities: Access to shared amenities like the pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, or clubhouse may be limited or closed by the property management for maintenance, safety, or seasonal reasons.
- Weather Conditions: Storms, power outages, or unsafe travel conditions due to weather may affect your stay, especially in certain regions or seasons.
